The staff were rude to me and they didn't ring me about applications I had put in so I didn't know if I got the house or not when we called to inquire they said we will get back to you they never did.

Rented seven Beech Road through this agency three dead cockroaches in the fridge. Tried ringing the agents at 4 pm. Just checking in and no response. They probably know I’d like a refund
