Place was clean and tidy. Machines we’re only $4 which was cheaper than the other places I’ve been. And, they had a pet blanket machine! Happy customer.

They listened and added change machine. Awesome! 👌

Love that this place has a machine for pet washing. Great value. Lost one star, as I put money in to purchase washing powder, but there was none to be had!

Not a bad little laundromat. Needs a good clean especially the floor. But otherwise machines were all in good order and washed and dryed really well. Thanks guys

They've upgraded!
- The HOT wash goes weirdly long at 1hr27m. Either the owners sneakily make it 3x longer than the other 2 options so it's more inconvenient and you don't use their hot water, or the machines heat their own water.. In which case, is 'warm' wash even warm? because it's only 36 minutes. They put a weird cover over the front glass so you can't feel the temperature of it. 🤷🏻‍♀

- the dryers are hella dear at 1$ for only 5 minutes. I've only seen that price in Mooloolaba and Brisbane.

other than that, It looks clean and is 6$ a wash. I'd come back if I really had to.

We’re in the year 2021 hello 👋🏼 Your machines are old and definitely need updating.
I did not fit my washing loads in your machines, compared to most laundry places around here there very small loads.
No where to put softener that is very annoying. And putting washing liquid straight on to my clothes wow! 🤯😳😒
No timer so I have no idea how long I’ve got to wait around. 🤦🏻‍♀
You don’t have a coin machine but you have coin washing machines and dryer.
They need a service or to be completely thrown away they squeal while there washing.
I think if your going to continue changing ppl money to use your laundromat you might want to consider making it worth ppls while and hard earned cash. What a rip off! 😒
As a result of asking your customers to apply washing detergent directly to clothes it stains them so thanks. 🤬 School uniforms don’t come cheap you know! 👎🏼 YOU CERTAINLY DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

About half of the machines are out of order, no change machine, place was dirty and had dust everywhere, machines were dirty and left my items more filthy than before, dryer was a long wait time which would have been fine except that the items were still wet afterwards. Won’t be going back.

1. Have no change machine had to go find someone who would exchange anything for $1's only
2. The machine at the end next to the dryer made me pay $12 for it to start so I felt riped off knowing it says $4 as in 4 $1 coins

3. I then pulled my clothes out and found it has ripped holes my dress and jumpsuit so then that really upset I just forced stopped my washing and left hopefully this helps the owner understand that there machine are ripping people off and ripping there clothes. Thank you

These machines are ridiculously old and very ordinary pumping money into old dryers . 2.5 hrs wasted sitting around at this Laundromat . 😡

Faulty machines. Took my money and didn't work.
