Josh was great to deal with. He was really helpful and had great knowledge of each mattress. I was transitioning from a firm mattress to a soft one and was weary of it was the right choice. But the OMF warranty was a nice reassurance by simply adding a mattress protector to my purchase. My new pillows are to die for also. Cheers Josh!

We purchased a Signature series Keppel mattress from OMF Taree. We were served by Josh, I say served, as he actually helped us and guided us, he wasn’t pushy and gave us the time we needed to lay on the beds in store. He didn’t hover over us but was there when needed. He explained everything very clearly and covered the pros and cons of each mattress. I would happily recommend Josh and OMF Taree to anyone wanting service and a great mattress at very realistic and reasonable prices.
I would like to add, that the mattress was delivered by Ben, Callum and Kyle from Hastings Removals and Transport. They are the best delivery guys we have ever had! Happy, helpful and clean, I would happily recommend them also.
The biggest issue I have now is because the bed is so comfortable, the last thing at night and the first thing in the morning the wife thinks about is Josh and the great bed he helped us get.
