Keenan was absolutely amazing, he helped me a lot with getting my front light sorted.Beyond amazing customer service, you can trust that he will do best he can to help you.

I went to another place, the guy told me that my globes were fine and it might indicate a bigger issue which freaked me out more. turns out he wasn't looking at the right place!

However Keenan was quick and smart to get it all sorted, he deserves a rise!

A big thank you to Josh who assisted me today at Supercheap Chatswood. I was there with my son to buy a couple of things and needed some assistance with the correct wipers blades for my wife's car. Josh's customer service is second to none, he took the time to ensure i had the correct parts, making calls to order a part in for me while ensuring all customers were being looked after. Supercheap are lucky to have such a customer focused employee. I will only be purchasing from Supercheap Chatswood moving forward due to Josh.

Stopped in today to pick up a couple of items for a project car build along with getting some paint mixed. They have the capability of loading tins and spray cans. We were after a particular BMW paint code which was not directly in the computer system. The staff worked various options until we achieved the correct colour.

Highlight of my trip was the employee who helped me, his name was Josh, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to walk me through installation and everything else. Give this man a raise, bless up.

The Chatswood staff assisted us with some wipers which had been incorrectly fitted by the Warringah branch, leaving us with a windscreen wiper which was too long and one which wouldn't stay down. Chatswood staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of our frustration.

Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Asked where automotive clear coat was and they sent me to the right section. They also came over to open up the cabinets for me since aerosols aren't kept in the open.

Clever and experienced advise from both floor staff and cashier on both purchased products. Keep up the great works. Christian

Adam from the Chatswood store is the best representation of making it super, he went above and beyond when the computer wasn't able to specify what battery my 1978 Ford Mustang needed, he used his knowlegde to cross reference and verify an alternative and low and behold the battery he chose was perfect and it's working like a dream. Adam I thank you for your amazing effort towards customer service and you do your store great justice.

Amazing store. Always stocked with essential products. What really makes this store impressive is the customer service and attentiveness. The staff there are wonderful. They have good knowledge in auto products and are happy to help you. Most of the staff and younger and enjoy working there with their other colleagues. That is good to see that in the workplace, yet they still remain professional at all times. The vibe there is really good, doesn't feel like you're talking to robots but real actual people!
