Purchased the small Solt refrigerator on Christmas Eve as it was on sale at the Chatswood store. Sales lady was fast and professional.
The refrigerator was delivered on 6 January as arranged.
The two delivery guys were a delight and also fast and professional.
A perfect shopping experience.

Went into the Chatswood store 2 min before closing time for a warranty repair. As the unorganised person I am, I didn't have my receipt and while madly scrolling through my emails, Adi, the shop assistant was proactively trying to find the receipt on the system. She was very patient and very customer focussed. She got things all sorted and all with a smile...even at the end of the day.

Not sure the staff Emeray and Christian still working here,
They are so so much better then other store and Online store.
Online store and other big store, they don't care how long you been waiting for your order, all they can say is "that is demo, we can not ship you the demo, you have to wait for the next shipment".
because customer order online, it's not their sales not their kpi so they kick you like a soccer ball.
Emeray and Christian are different, they listen to you and provide with a solution.

As with everything it’s about building a relationship with your local store and team. I can say that Hamen and the team at the Chatswood store have never let me down in 8 years and always provide good advice and the best prices. I do not shop anywhere else for home appliances.

Ray has been very helpful in my purchase with the Philips Air fryer, great service and fast delivery. Highly recommended!!

We have bought many appliances here over the last 8 years.Read some of the recent comments on line, so went in personally. Very helpful in store. They warned me that some items on back order and delivery was tricky due to covid and so many products coming from China. Ended up with a Fisher and Paykel dishwasher and a F&P washing machine. Delivered around lunchtime the next day. Delivery guys helpful and friendly and extremely careful. Gear installed, up and running.! Happy wife, happy life!

Good Guys generally have a great variety of products, Chatswood didn't disappoint. Thanks again for a great experience, will be back. I needed a modem/router and Daniel in the IT department was extremely helpful and assisted me with my purchase. He took the time to explain the different products available, the specifications, features, advantages and disadvantages of various models. He took the time to make sure I got the product I required. Very grateful for his time and assistance. Never felt rushed or pressured to make a choice, even though it was close to the end of his shift, stayed back a little to make sure I was happy with my choice. He's an asset to the store and company.

I called the store twice in regards to my online order and both call was answer by Ada. She has been the most helpful lady i ever spoke to on the phone. She assist me with my enquiry swiftly and i manage to get my purchase item on the day. Thank you!

Had an amazing shopping experience at this shop today. Staff was extremely professional. It showed that they enjoyed working there and had a good time. For me as a costumer, that translated into top notch costumer service.
Especially Daniel B from small appliances (I think it was small appliances? I bought a fitbit) was really helpful.

Very good prices. The staff will match price instantly if you can show it's cheaper online somewhere else.

Update we were about to start a project and already bought few items in good guys, the items were kept in store two months and they let us to cancel the deal and fully refunded as gave us credit to buy something else. Wonderful customer service.

I just wanted to shoot a message to highlight the fantastic experience we had with one of your salespeople at the Chatswood Store.

We dealt with Sankeet from the Chatswood store and he was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He helped us with an iPhone purchase on a public holiday monday and it was delivered to us on Wednesday morning in Newcastle.

His communication and follow-up with us was brilliant and exactly the type of customer service your company would be proud of.

Very good selection of goods (went to buy a new microwave). Nice store - clean and bright. Excellent service (thank you Carlos) - approached offering assistance very quickly, then left us in peace to browse and then, unasked, took our purchase to our car and loaded it in for us.

Purchased a LG stick vacuum last week, on sale, last one in stock. Got it home and realised it didn’t have the battery charger (my fault as I packed it up).

As it turned out, the charger had been stolen (why anyone would want an extra 21V charger I don’t know).

The staff immediately advised I could return it (obviously) or they will order me a charger from LG. I wanted the vacuum so they ordered it the Saturday 30 December, just before the New Year. It is now Friday 4 January and the charger was delivered to my home this morning. I commend both The Good Guys Chatswood and LG for making this happen over Christmas so quickly.

Haven’t used the vacuum cleaner yet but once I have I will write a review on it.

Great customer service and always good prices. Needed a new washer - sorted in 20 minutes, picked it up straight away. Plenty of choices. Have a few weeks to decide if you want extended warranty which is great!
