This and That Boutique

I saw a pair of boots on display from outside and I stuck my head in with no real intention .. 30 mins later after amazing service from a young American girl I am obsessed with my boots and new top!! I don't look the part but first class service and fun in store meant I spent $300. Lesson to be learnt .... never ever judge a book by its cover. I will come back and shop again when in Sydney!

And forget all the other negative that the other people are saying these people are awesome they go above and beyond iv gotten vinyl decals and costume shirts done and they did a wonderful job on both ....so for get all the negative comments because I can so you the work my self ..I wear it ..and have it on my car ..

Pretty disgusted at the customer service… I accidentally placed and order and IMMEDIATELY asked for it to be cancelled. Only for them to ignore my multiple emails and messages, post it the next day and refuse a refund. I could not afford the purchase at the time with cost of living. After much deliberation over email they agreed if I posted them back they would refund me, which I did, paid for the postage and NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND OR CREDIT.

Pretty gutted and disappointed with the poor level of customer service received from this store.
I have been shopping here for a while now and purchased a pair of leather shoes for $99 that after wearing twice to work were no longer suitable to wear due to the faulty fabric used that scratched and tore without any inflicted wear and tear.
I then took them back and received no follow up for 2 weeks as I had to call multiple times to receive any updates. They said they would call me once they had decided what they were going to do- yet I never received a phone call.
I then went in store to see some progress in update in which they said they were unable to provide any return/refund or compensation and accused me of 'having a wild night' in these shoes.
I would never return a faulty product if it was of my own doing and this really offended me as the poor quality of this product was not taken responsibility for and now I have a pair of unwearable shoes (bought to wear in the work place but are no longer of acceptable level)
Poor from This N That & shame on you for not taking accountability of the poor level of product functionality that you are providing.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. Made me feel like a nuisance just for being in the store. Whilst in the changing rooms at 1 hour and 5 minutes to closing we were told "oh come on girls some of us have plans" and no apology was given. I was going to purchase an outfit from this store but after the rude treatment from the manager I decided against it. There are plenty of nicer boutiques in Manly, give this one a miss.
