Just had my boat trailer Blue Slipped and new number plate fitted. Luke and the team are super friendly, helpful and highly professional. I would highly recommend JL mechanical for all automotive work.

Got a blowout last night, looking for a tyre repair this morning and come across this business. Pulled in and asked if they could fit in a tyre repair today (8:30am). Brett said “if ya can wait ten minutes I’ll do it now for you”… Old school service with a yarn.

Luke is the most amazing and honest guy you will meet. His service and team are the best I've used. And Brett the tyre guy knows his stuff.

If you live or work in the bay, these guys should be your first choice for anything mechanical.
I live in Medowie and tried several mechanics locally to get a blue slip on a trailer.
After a lot of mixed information on what I needed with no one looking it over, I called the guys at JL. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and more than happy to to it with no issues.

Luke has a modern, clean, well presented workshop, with reasonable rates and professional, reliable service. A "one stop shop" for most car services, unlike some that only do basic service. I consider JL Mechanical to be the best I have experienced in the area. Highly recommended and now my service of choice, having had a recent bad experience with another car service in the area.

Recently had my 07 Prado engine mounts done.
Luke did an amazing job from what I understand is a mongrel task. Amazing the difference it has made. Very professional service, quality work and fair prices. Highly recommended.

Been using JL Mechanical Services for over 5 years now and whether it is for a '69 MG or the latest model luxury car they know what they are doing, are extremely friendly, accommodating, professional and reasonably priced. If you haven't tried Luke and his team before, give them a go you will not be disappointed.

Great service at a good price... they are trustworthy as well as one job I had arranged for them to do they found was unnecessary and they only did what was necessary which saved me money.. Luke was quite happy to discuss all the jobs that were done and one or two little things that will need doing in the future with me.. I like that.... a big thumbs up from me 👍

I have been bringing my car to JL for over 20 years. It had 19,000 kms on it & it now has 490,000klms. All services been done by the team at JL. They also service the rest of my family’s cars. I recommend them to anyone who respects their car, because the team at JL do the same. I have never had any problems with them at all.
