Hi . I’ve found this is one of the best shops in Nelsons Bay they take the time to help you out they have all the best products if you have any electrical problems just ask them and they will come up with right answer . From MWH just an update I have been building a power station with solar panels inverters regulators and the batteries I’d like to thank Bay Electrical for looking after me so well and thank you to all the staff from MWH just a quick update I got a wind turbine from Jaycar salamander Bay and it’s working great . There’s nothing like free powers

This store is very handy being in the bay and the service is always friendly and helpful whether I pop in or call them. Hopefully they can find a buyer for the business because I really value having them nearby and the staff are great.

Heading north on a sailing trip, I was incredibly lucky to stumble across this gem of a store when part of my navigation gear stopped working. Dave and the team went above and beyond to help me out, diagnosing the issue and even finding and installing the broken component! They genuinely care about helping their customers, and it shows. They have a great range of marine-grade electronics gear, and I was able to restock with some spare waterproof fuses and switches. I can’t recommend this store highly enough - six stars!

So these guys are just the best, always knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly they are kind towards me when I come in not knowing what I am talking about and when I ask stupid questions. Thanks again for helping me out.

A very comprehensive supply of electronic components tools spares and gadgets and knowledgeable helpful staff. Really good for DIY bits and pieces you won’t find anywhere else in Port Stephens.

Dave at Bay Electronics / Jaycar is a really nice person with a wealth of knowledge. He helped us with recommendations in a battery charger and fixed our fan remote all while we had a nice conversation in the shop. I would totally recommend him if you need anything electronic.

We had some issues with our remotes. Adam went out of his way to eventually fix our old remote. First class service by both he & his wife. Highly recommended his company jaycar be supported by the locals.
