Fantastic Furniture

I got exactly what I was looking for, a sofa bed. The service was really quick and friendly and I got a discount which I wasn't expecting. Couldn't of asked for more

Top marks. Single staff member on duty (Shelly) who was polite, funny and helpful. Plus they had the best range of TV cabinets compared to the other nearby furniture stores. No hesitations going back if we need anything.

Lady serving in the afternoon ( 4plus to 5pm) on July 8 2018 had excellent customer service. Was the only staff on shift serving customers. While busy attending to other clients, she apologised to us a few times for waiting and reassured us constantly that she will be with us shortly. Pleasant, approachable with a great smile. She made our purchase a pleasant one:) Defn a gem to hav in the company

Went to Fantastic Furniture at Beckenham today. Was looking for a Sofa Bed in a particular colour. Chris at the Beckenham store was Fantastic and found our Sofa Bed at the Fantastic store atCockburn. We drove there and met Jules and the gang who were wonderful. Not only did i get my sofa bed . But also an Ottoman and a desk . Great Value Great Staff and i definately will be back. Great service the place was very neat, it wasn't dusty, there wasn't a whole lot of stock lying around and the girl that served me was helpful and cheerful
