We had a fantastic weekend at Q Station. It exceeded our expectations from check-in to check-out. The history of the place is extraordinary, and the Ghost Tour is a must.

What a great hidden part of Sydney. Visit and find out about a fascinating part of Sydney's and Australia's history. Free tours daily from the Information Centre - some are paid, but we'll worthwhile.

Hidden gem. Peaceful location. Free busses run you to and from the beach regularly. Nice cafe and museum at the quiet beach. Educational and interesting.

Such a gorgeous place. There is parking near the visitor centre (for non-guests, you can visit free from sunrise to sunset). Best to come about 2 hours before sunset as the views and lighting is amazing, plus a sunset here (or even in nearby manly Wharf) is stunning. Very tranquil and highly recommended especially for those from out of town

Absolutely obsessed with this place! The history, the grounds, the views! We stayed in the isolation precinct and had a blast! Dinner at the boiler house was lovely too.

A place full of stories, haunted stories. This place was Australia's longest continuous operating quarantine station. It stayed open till 1984. You can walk around the area even without booking a tour but you can't go inside the clinic.

We stayed there .breakfast was great very comfortable bed ,lounge was so hard couldn't sit to long on it
Shuttle bus was an inconvenience at our age .staff were very nice .wish I was there 10 years ago .i would have walked everywhere. dinning room was booked not open when we were there and the night it was open Thursday it was booked out .Not good considering food was a bus trip and drive there and back to get anything .Nothing was walking distance for us it always required waiting for a shuttle bus. So for our age would not book again not fit enough .if fit yes it's beautiful .

This place is truly amazing. If you love Australian history, old buildings and amazing walks, this place really delivers. The views to the city from our room were beautiful. The restaurant 5*, rooms were lovely and comfortable, and bathrooms modern and private. Big breakfast included and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a delightful surprise and can't wait to return and see some more as we did not have enough time to explore fully.

Had a wonderful stay at Q Station right on the headland overlooking Port Jackson in Sydney Harbour. We were very generously upgraded to a Heritage Harbourside room with buffet breakfast included. There is much to do and the accomodation suits a number of stays: families are well looked after as are couples and those who choose to stay solo for a respite or work. As the cottages are heritage-listed and original, you will have to make do with a room without windows (but do have French doors) with only ceiling fans. If this will be an issue, probably a stay in the multi-roomed cottage is a better option or visit the grounds and enjoy the amenities as a public visitor. Everyone was exemplary and professional. May make it a regular getaway as the location can’t be beat!

Brilliant views over the heads.Thoroughly recommend the "ghost tours"-whether you believe or not.So many people suffered there, who knows if their souls haven't been able to move on to whatever lies beyond??We weren't scared, just fascinated by the stories of the guide and absolutely, definitely felt "prescences/ghosts"-there.They weren't threatening, just lost and confused. Not exactly what I'd call fun,but an unforgettable experience.May they find their peace.

This place is a secret gem. A lot of people have no idea that the North Head Quantine Station is so extensive. It has a bit of something for everyone; walks, views, history, cafes, accommodation, and green space.

Such a cool spot rich in history.
We've visited a couple of times now over the years and it doesn't get old. There is lots to explore around the grounds and the views of the harbour are amazing. You'll find several dining options ... for sure something to suit your budget.
The rooms are very nice and the ghost tour is a great way to experience the history held here.

Great experience and history, accommodation basic but clean staying in refurbished room similar to what the original visitors stayed in. Ghost tour good but a bit to long, history very interesting, no ghosts made an appearance 😁.

A must for everyone to tick off the bucket list. I thoroughly enjoyed the quarantine station's history and ghost tours, not to mention the views and food were incredible...overall it's a very satisfying experience
