Lovely experience here.

The staff were exceptional.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and they were trying to assist us in any way they could.

The lady helping us was very helpful and trying to offer alternatives to the shoe that we had chosen that didn’t fit properly.

Although we didn’t end up purchasing anything, we will definitely consider coming back to this store in the near future.

This review is specifically aimed at the Manning Shoes store on WHARF STREET, as there is another show store in Forster.
The women employees are wonderful, very polite and helpful. The store is so clean and sanitised (especially important during COVID) but I would buy shoes from here again just for the service.

Got some sneakers here. The staff were super helpful and knew a lot about shoe sizes. They offered good advice and were genuine in their kindness.

I went into this store having lots of foot pain. I came out of there with exactly what I needed. The staff went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this store, above any other in town. I will be back, when I need a new pair of shoes.

Bought a pair of $200 Asics in May this year but I managed to get a small rip in them which was ok initially but began to lengthen. I took them back in late August and with the help of Manning staff and the generosity of Asics Sydney I was granted a replacement pair. Full marks to both parties.
