The manager and it's wife, thank goodness they have gone.. Definitely not the sort of people that should be serving customers. They are rude, make their own rules...
Complete and utter rudeness..... P.S I was told by another employee at another BYO Cellars that these two people have quit. I hope 🍀

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! I have a medical exemption for not wearing a mask, offered to show my exemption and got turned away because of it! That’s medical discrimination! Absolutely disgusting?!?! - Shame on you.

7.55pm tonight Friday 5/3/2021 my friends and I drove up Beach St to stop of Liquor Stax to grab a bottle of wine for restaurant booking. As we approached the drive through entrance the entry door was closed so I pulled in at the exit for my friend to run In a grab the wine for dinner , at the same time there was a customer walking in the driveway at the main door. The man working the shop tonight looked at us and pulled down the shutter at 7.56pm staring at us the whole time with a smug look on his face! Everyone noticed his attitude which was uncalled for! Trading hours are until 8.00pm so that means we would have entered the store and purchased prior to 8,00. Never again will we purchase from this bottle shop and I noticed the other lady entering who had the shutter closed in her face was not impressed either. I can tell you we are locals who do purchase from your store until tonight. So off we go to The Bottlo where we were greeted with a smile and great customer service so this will now be our go to when we are out for dinner .
