Oyster co-op in Forster, they only sell fresh oysters, no other seafood. We bought 2 dozen & then found a spot by the water & ate them. They were fantastic!!

Freshly shucked oysters, straight out of Wallis Lake at a good price, no frills, nothing else on sale, just good quality oysters (I think they sell lemons too but I didn't ask). If you are after friendly and engaging customer service, I can't guarantee it. Just buy your oysters, pay your money, don't ask too many questions, get out and enjoy the oysters somewhere else. Just think Soup Naxi but oysters not soup.

Extremely fresh oysters. They only sell by the dozen. Opting for normal or premium oysters to go (opened or unopened). Lemons are at $2 apiece.

No seating area to consume them but there’s a whole cage for you to throw your oyster shells.

I don't like how one of the staff members was trying to rush us into buying though. It was our 1st time and we didn't know what to expect so we were reading the signs and we felt rushed to make a decision.

Great place to go for amazingly fresh and tasty oysters. They don't get much fresher than this, farmed literally next door to the shop.

Fresh tasting oysters direct from the farm. Not the cheapest but the Oysters tasted creamy and smooth - definitely worth a try!

The best tasting oysters I've had for a long time. I bought shucked as I'm on holiday & don't have an Oyster knife with me & they still tasted very fresh. Well worth the drive from Blueys & I'll be back.

Fresh Local Oysters, straight from the grower. The quality is always excellent (seasonal, obviously). They grow Sydney Rocks (smaller with a creamy pillow), not Pacific's which are wider but thinner with a more flinty taste/texture.
So fresh they dance when you squeeze the Lemon on!
Note: approach with a clean pallette, no dairy, no coffee for at least an hour either side, it will just curdle your tummy.

Staff are friendly. Beautiful place to escape to. Low key and chill. High quality oysters. I actually don't want anyone to know about this place hahahaha

Tray of regular oysters $15.50 plus $1 extra for the lemon. Pretty fresh and delish.

Fresh plump local oysters, great value and delicious. I'm fussy about oysters and eat them natural. No complaints here at all. Will be going back for more before our holiday is over.
