I had water damage on my Dell laptop and it wasn't working. Terry did a great job to repair the motherboard and get is back up and running. It is so much cheaper to get it repaired then to buy a new one.

Terry was exceptional in fixing my laptop. We hit a roadblock during the fixing process but he was able to navigate around it and solve the issue. Now I have all of my data safe. Highly recommend Terry for his professionalism and great technology knowledge.

Terry has helped me with computer issues on a number of occasions. I have always found him must helpful and reliable and his costs are most reasonable.

I got my laptop in for an inspection yesterday due to a hard drive failure, and was advised for a replacement hard drive. The whole process from inspection to replacement took less than a day, and I was genuinely surprised. The technicians were very friendly and patient, they help clarify my concern about Windows 11 on my laptop and recommend me to stay on Windows 10 for a smoother performance. Overall, totally pleased with their service and pricing.

My Laptop somehow isn’t charging. I called Terry last Saturday to explain the issue. He came back to office on the afternoon to run several tests. He found out it’s not the system issue but the charger. I asked him to get me a new charger. He tried to source the charger for me on Sunday and checked the specs with distributor early next Monday. Unfortunately the original 65W brand charger isn’t available, and I found out I have a USB-C cable I can use temporarily, so I just use it for the time being. I really appreciate Terry’s help. He is very professional and kind. I definitely highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their tech issues.

I have been misfortunate enough to require the service of a computer repair store several times over the last few years. Very friendly and honest. My SSD was corrupted beyond recovery, Terry took a look and directly told me the data could only be recovered by a specialist. He offered to refer me, but the timeframe didn't work for me.

He did not charge me for his time and effort.

I can thoroughly recommend that you be sure to contact Terry! He is very thorough, very professional; and also an extremely patient and friendly person to entrust your computer or laptop etc., to fix any issues. He managed to retrieve all my (MANY!) documents that I had lost because of a failed and damaged hard drive on my old computer; and got them safely back so that I am not missing anything and now have them safe again on my new laptop. And this was even after I had waited about 4 weeks before I went to him in desperation thinking they were all gone forever! There were many years of documents that I urgently needed, not just for personal use, but for business use as well. Also I had lost all my years of important emails that likewise were necessary for me to manage my personal and my business affairs. His rates are very reasonable indeed and I was so pleased with the result, that I wanted to pay more than he had quoted, but he would not accept any extra fee. Indeed, he charged less than his original quoted price. His is very honest and I am so grateful I have found him for all my future needs. Thanks again Terry!

I contacted Chatswood computer repairs for my faulty laptop. When arriving, Terry discovered it was simply a faulty charger. I wasnt charged for the visit and was even sent recommendation for a good place to order chargers from. Very professional and fair service! Thank you!

Excellent! I cannot recommend Terry enough. Asked him to fix our networking problems, after other technicians had failed. He kept coming back and working on it until it was all perfect. He is open, honest, and most of all - cares about the service and work he does. Terry is happy to keep going until everything is right - he has a great work ethic.
