I'm based in regional QLD; WISP (Adam) gave awesome advice over the phone & Via email on what I needed to set up a quality Home & Office network with Wireless link between the two, he emailed me the purchase links to each piece of kit, delivery was cheap and only took a couple of days, Adam then stepped me through installation of each item, he then connected in remotely and configured everything to work as its optimum.

Adam is a "can do, by any means necessary" person who is very rare in all my experience dealing with any support/sales. He has provided his expertise and equipment at my budget but more importantly fixed every problem I've thrown his way. I'd be professionally f@cked without him.

I operate video recording and streaming hardware on film sets and purchased a Ubiquiti Access Point from their online store. It shipped with firmware of product release which was over 2 years old (standard for this product) and unable to upgrade it myself, I then realised Ubiquiti don't have direct customer support. All my colleagues have managed to "brick" their networks in the process of upgrading the firmware so with no one to turn to, I contacted Adam. He kindly fixed the firmware for me free of charge.

A year later on a newer computer, I was unable to adopt the same Access Point and again Adam adopted it to the new computer and configured it with a Cloud Key. Most recently, the day I was due to drive 11 hours to a remote NSW for a film shoot and unable to configure the LAN DHCP settings specific for my new job, I contacted Adam on a weekend and he not only opened the office first thing Monday an hour early for me, but swapped out my Unifi Edgerouter for a Microtik (which technically wasn't for sale) and solved all the issues. I arrived on site in time. He has always been available to troubleshoot via AnyDesk and responds to all my messages promptly even though he really should be sick of me by now.

Great after-sales service. The item I received was DOA so I sent it back at my expense, but once they confirmed it was faulty they shipped the replacement back to me for free, and refunded my return shipping so I wasn't out of pocket at all. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

We required a bandwidth test device we contacted WISP and they advised what to buy.
We purchase the units and they arrived promptly. WISP were more than happy to configure the units for us, and it is obvious they know exactly what they're doing it took them no time at all.
I would be more than happy to recommend them to anybody.

Always quick to ship - but more importantly, Adam knows his stuff and always provides great technical reccomendations to ensure you have the right solution for your use-case. I've ordered MicroTik and Unifi over the years and has always been great.

Placed an order and due to some misunderstanding the product was not actually in stock.
Staff at WISP have been curteous and provided options to deals with this disappointment.
Even though I didn't get what I ordered initially, I am very happy with the alternative staff at WISP came up with. Delivery of the the alternate product was very fast.

All in all I feel like staff at WISP where really looking out for me and my it needs.

Ordered a few things from them, first one arrived the same day as it was in stock! Very cool. They have a selection of quality networking equipment and have been good to deal with.

Had a failure with a device at 3pm - WISP dispatched replacement before end of day by Express Post and we were up and running at 9am next day. Excellent service and highly recommended.
