Mae at Petbarn Brookvale is so knowledgeable and more importantly, willing to share her experience.
Today she greatly assisted my husband and I with our 13 month old Welsh Terrier (Merkén) who appeared to have issues with his ears.
Mae has always been so approachable and always with a genuine smile.

Amazing service from Petbarn Brookvale. I went in a few weeks ago to purchase some Corydoras and was met by a very knowledgeable female staff member (so sorry i forgot your name) who helped and educated me on my fish as I'm a beginner.
Also, their 2 hour online delivery has been fantastic!

Cannot recommend this Petbarn enough, especially if you have fish. Extremely knowledgeable team. I drive an extra distance due to Mae and the team's customer service.

We just got a Kitten and had no clue about what to buy! However,Mae was mega kind giving us direction and also gave us a free kitten bag that contains food, medicine and even a book to learn about kittens and their needs.

I unfortunately had my order stolen through Uber when using the 2 hour delivery through the website. Jack from the Brookvale store sorted it for me almost immediately! Really appreciated the quick and friendly service.

We hadn't been to the store in a while as 2 others are closer, but the text discount made us go a bit further and the service staff were knowledgable, engaging, looked through for the best discounts for us and parking is super easy at Brookvale. Worth the extra 5 mins travel for us.

The gentleman working today by the fish tanks and the counter with the long hair was so welcoming and helped me greatly with a purchase that is typically quite expensive - he was so kind, professional and knowledgeable, it absolutely made our week and really helped us out. I hope he has a fantastic shift!

I cannot express how truly amazing the staff are at Brookvale PetBarn. All of the staff that I’ve spoken to remember me, my cats - are always there to provide trustworthy advice and go out of their way to help. PetBarn stock so many different, wonderful brands and the customer service is wonderful every time. I’m grateful for the pleasant shopping experience, every time, and for being able to go to a wonderful store where the staff are clearly so passionate about animals, their well being and also advocate for animal rights in any way they can. Providing customers the option to donate to various charities so easily at checkout (with no pressure) makes it more accessible / easy for customers to support these important causes is great, especially at Christmas time. I also love that they support RSPCA and try to help out animals who need a home by offering adoption. Overall, it’s a wonderful business which I’m happy to continue supporting ♥♥♥♥ thanks guys.
