The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were busy and because of what I needed done, I had sessions with each of the three staff at the counter. They were all well informed and eager to solve my problems.

I have been a regular user of the Gordon Post Office services for decades.The current Manager and staff are amongst the best I have ever seen working there. The Manager is extremely efficient, quick, decisive and displays amazing dexterity and initiative. Arnop has been there for many years and has equal supply of these skills.
A conscientious trio and I would go out of my way to be served by them. My only regret in making these positive comments is that they may be promoted to bigger offices away from Gordon !

I'm very happy with the service I recieved from AusPost Gordon. Sophy is very helpful and professional. I really appreciate that Sophy helped to confirm the missing part of my application by contacting the relevent party proactively. Otherwise, I might have to wait for a couple of weeks only to find out my application is on hold due to that.

I almost went to a different post office because of old reviews. Lucky I didn’t! Went there a few times now and all the staff are by far some of the friendliest and most helpful I have seen at AusPost. Definitely can recommend going there.
