Dr Jenny Cook, Gynaecologist

Dr Jenny Cook and her team are wonderful! I recently saw Jenny after being recommend by my GP - she was so kind and caring in her approach. I felt at complete ease with my surgery for endometriosis. Also her team, especially Jade went above and beyond in the preparation and lead up for surgery. I could not recommend Jenny and Monash IVF @Bondi Junction enough.

Dr Jenny was recommended to me by my GP after years of trying to figure out what was wrong with me (but every medical test saying I was fine) and I am sooo grateful I found her. She was the only doctor who really listened, looked for diagnosis and figured out what I had as well as providing me with a solution to help me feel better/less broken.
I now did two surgeries with her (for endometriosis) and could not recommend her enough: her incredible skill/precision as a surgeon, her want to really help women through any challenges/pain they face in their medical life and her caring and kind personality is amazing.
I truly wouldn't go to/trust anyone else with this tricky/invasive surgery. The pre/post surgery help from her team was also so supportive, responsive and helpful making hospital admin, and claim process feel like a walk in the park, such an incredible aftercare support from them!

I've had a great experience with Dr Jenny Cook. From my perspective she has a good balance of being supportive while also advising me as a practitioner. I have no doubt in her line of work she has to deliver bad/not ideal news, in my experience she has always done this with care and recommended a way forward. I have always felt that I am in safe hands and have recommended her to many family and friends.

I was suffering from debilitating pain during my periods for the longest time.
Dr Cook was the first specialist after several years to take my pain in consideration. She was very understanding and explain everything clearly. Surgery for endometriosis went perfectly.

Dr Jenny Cook is not only incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and well versed on Endometriosis but also incredibly dedicated to her patients. Dr Cook is incredibly caring and compassionate who has always gone to great lengths for myself as a patient to ensure the best possible care both physically and emotionally. I have been a patient of Dr Cook for many years with a number of surgeries and each time have received exceptional care and compassion before and after surgery. I couldn't see another Gynaecologist after being in her incredible care, I always feel supported and know I am in the best possible hands.

The entire team at Monash IVF Bondi Junction is amazing and such a pleasure to deal with, the reception team and administration staff is a delight to interact with and always so supportive and accommodating.

She genuinely cares for her patients & their unique situations and always thoroughly explains everything so you feel comfortable in a time of unknowns enabling you to make the most informed decisions. I would refer everyone to Dr Cook & her practice as the entire team at Monash IVF Bondi are incredibly empathetic and genuinely want the best outcomes for you.

Recently Dr Jenny Cook performed a surgery for me. I was impressed by her professionalism and kindness. I am grateful for her skills, down to earth manner, the outcome was successful. Jenny went to extra mile to make sure everything was resolved and checked that with 3 month follow ups appointments. I was very much comforted by the fact I felt Jenny really had my back and that she would do everything in her power to make things right. 100% recommendation.

Initial contact with the absolutely lovely reception staff who's professionalism and compassionate handling of my urgent pre-chemo appointment left me feeling calm and in good hands which was then complimented by Dr Cook's positive "it's ok we can get this done" attitude and tremendous on point organisational skills to make it all happen was nothing short of amazing.

unfortunately didn't really end up with the result I wanted but that's on me.

Dr Jenny Cook has been my specialist for over 3 years now. After many years of feeling like there was never going to be a gynaecologist to take me seriously Dr Cook has made me feel safe and heard! She is a skilled excision specialist which has helped me cope with having endometriosis and pelvic congestion syndrome. I have had 3 surgeries with her and each time her care and compassion before and after the surgery has been exceptional. The staff at Monash IVF, especially the team at the front desk are always extremly helpful, understanding and kind this is another reason I would highly recommend choosing Dr Cook as a specialist.

Dr Jenny Cook was not only so knowledgeable on the whole fertility process but very dedicated to her patients. She is a very caring and detailed Dr, who would go to any lengths for her patients. With her help I was able to complete a highly successful egg retrieval and IVF process. I always felt supported and in fantastic hands.

The whole Monash IVF team at bondi junction is outstanding and I could not recommend them more highly.

IVF is not easy and making the decision to have Dr Cook help us through this journey is one we don't regret. The support we got through the good times and the bad has been amazing. She knows her stuff and you can trust her 100%.

One of the few specialists that really care and explore all options in difficult medical situations. Loved her!

Lovely fertility specialist. Genuine and caring.

It is with a heavy heart I write this review as I don’t like to speak bad of people, but I would like to save other people from a similar, costly, experience.
I went to Dr Cook specifically because she specialises in endometriosis and laparoscopic surgery. Unfortunately though, she dismissed my concerns that I had endo (although I am advised her own report says otherwise). As a result, she didn’t tell me my options, didn’t tell me an ultrasound is available to detect endo, didn’t prescribe medicine to support my treatment and didn’t advise me to get my name on the public waiting list for surgery. I am now $23k out of pocket and will be much more. More importantly, she has cost me months of precious time.
