Great service: highly knowledgable and helpful staff. Good range of shoes: managed to get what I was looking for when it wasn't available anywhere else on the North Shore. Decent prices.

Friendly staff, they measure feet based on length width and posture. Their advice matches my podiatrist’s.
They did not have the model I wanted stocked in Mosman but they have it online, and said they can process return in shop if I’m not satisfied.

Thanks so much to Harriet! I went to the athlete's foot in Chatswood and was shown 2 shoes only, when I asked for other options I was told that I should just choose from those. Harriet was more than happy to show me many different options, explain them and listen to what I wanted from them. Would not hesitate in going back

Super helpful staff. There's a great range of shoes and socks here and the combination of technology to assess how you walk and really informed, knowledgeable staff means I've always ended up with shoes I'm happy with. The staff are always people with an interest in exercise or physical health

Anthony runs a great business, helpful and knowledgeable. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge that goes beyond your feet and shoes. If you're needing a bit more of an in depth understanding of what shoe is best for you with some logical deduction rather than rote learning (he's definitely not parroting a one-size-fits-all approach!), Anthony is for you. I bought some shoes here a few years ago, have been happy with my purchase, and recently got some new tennis shoes, with which Anthony helped me to understand some benefits and features of shoes I had previously not known or understood. Thanks Anthony!

Despite being very short on sizes, due to Covid, Charlotte from athlete's foot was amazing, not only did she measure me and my girlfriend, she also gave as very good explanations on how to look for the right model in their website.

Great advice. Friendly staff. Entry models start at 150$+ which is a bit expensive for my liking (very casual runner), very comfy, though.
