Betty and Lola

Withour a doubt, Betty & Lola is one of my faviourite places to shop. They have amazing clothing, accessories and homewares and most of all the staff (especially Catriona, the owner) go out of their way to assist, provide honest opinions and source a particular size / product if they are out of stock. For example, I was after a dress today they they didn't have in stock at their Mosman store. Within an hour, Catriona contacted me to say she had sourced one and had it sent to the store. AMAZING SERVICE!!!

I also take my mother in to Betty & Lola periodically for a bit of shopping anf the staff make her feel so special.

It is always my shop of choice when looking for dresses or gifts!!!

Go check them out you will have to buy two of everything if you are buying a present for someone as you will want one too 🥰🥰 love this store shop local 🥳

I bought some ceramics and home wares from Betty and Lola for Christmas gifts and had a great in store experience! The owner was lovely and helpful!

I absolutely love this store. The Australian fashion, homewares and jewellery are all of extraordinary quality. The service is fantastic. I purchased a Once Was blouse and receive so many compliments on it. Thanks to the Betty and Lola team.

I had fantastic service when I attended this store. Jude was very welcoming and helped me pick out a couple of items that make me feel a million dollars. Totally recommend.

I cannot rate Betty and Lola highly enough, the quality of the fashion and homewares is second to none and the team are just amazing. A visit there is a must and always makes my day.

My mother and I had a very negative experience at Betty and Lola. We were served by the owner who was rude, patronizing and completely unreasonable when my mother wanted to exchange a dress she had bought online yesterday. The dress had not left the store. My mother is a regular customer, however we will not be returning to Betty and Lola. I also wouldn’t recommend buying online as their exchange/refund policy is very unclear.

Pathetic service. I have never been so dissatisfied with a business. I ordered an item online, waited almost 7 days until I called the store to ask why it hadn’t been shipped. They said not to worry, allow 10 days. Over 10 days later, I called again. They’d get back to me, they said. Several days later I am finally notified that the item is “too fragile to ship” - however they are holding one for me at a store two hours away. At this point, all other stores are sold out, so I sent my partner on the TWO HOUR journey to pick it up. He is refused the sale because the dim owner “missed [my] email”. On top of this, I am only then informed that it isn’t in saleable condition in the first place. If you’re thinking of ordering from here, just don’t bother. Enormous waste of time and energy.

Had a pretty woman experience in this shop. Shop attendant couldn't have been bothered to come serve me. Think she was the owner. She looked me up and down and deemed me unworthy of her attention. Went across the road and spend the money i wanted to spend in another shop. My xmas bonus was used well!

I rang and enquired about a dress they told me that I didn’t need to come into the store as they had Free shipping. The dress was too big but when I asked for a smaller size they didn’t have one and wouldn’t give me a refund… the woman was rude and condescending…

Again, the owner of this stores manner was abrupt and pushy. My mum visited the store recently and was browsing and when she left explained she felt the owner was unfriendly and kept asking to find other items in different sizes from the other store when she clearly wasn’t wanting that intrusive sales pressure. Has a tone and pretentious approach that is not enjoyable

Extremely rude owner and terrible service! Take your money elsewhere.
