I was very happy dealing with Rob, he was reliable, polite and very professional. The day that Rob worked in my house ended up raining in the afternoon, he did not hesitated in contacting me to say he was going to do it again because of the rain. He has put a lot of time and effort which others wouldn't. I was also very pleased with the result! I do recommend Rob to anyone as he is a genuine professional person.

Highly recommend Robert & Dee Why Pest Control team. Spoke to Rob on Thursday, he explained process and very reasonable rate. Was honest in mentioning that wasp nests may come back next season. Came out next day to remove several nests from our house.

I've been using Dee Why Pest Control since moving to the area a couple of years ago. Rob did the inspection when we first purchased our home.

Rob is honest, courteous and goes about his work with integrity.
He explains everything he's doing (if you like to hear it) and is really knowledgable.
He'll only recommend solutions that you'll get value out of even if that might be the cheaper option.

Rob was fantastic. We asked Rob from Dee Why Pest Control to come and perform an cockroach extermination on a 60yr old building, with 40 other tennants.....an impossible task!!!
He came out and absolutely smashed our infestation but we still had a small problem....because of neighbouring tennants.
Rob.....without hesitation, offered to come back out two more times, cause his professional reputation was that important to him, then making a quick buck.
After all that he only charged us for the one service....I would hire Rob again in a heartbeat.
A true professional and an honest operator.....both these traits are becoming very rare these days.

I called Rob in the afternoon with a big bee problem!
He without hesitation offered to come straight from his current job to come and have a look. After inspecting the area and the bees. He then suggested to cover my fish pond as he didnt want to harm the koi carps. He then followed through with the job and completed it with excellence! Then offering to call for him to come back free of charge if the bees return! Would recommend and will for sure call him again if i have any other problems.

I had the self- pay pest control at a first time since I moved in 2012. I used to another pestman who was hired by Housing NSW to remove the dead rats before That company had done the worst job as ever. After the dead rotten was removed the smell lasts for months.
