Officeworks Dee Why

Thank you so much to this wonderful centre with kind and lovely crew as they help me out and advised me to fix my issue and it was very helpful,and special thanks to Tess and other Asian looking girl which I don’t know her name unfortunately by taking time and thank you for your great support and all the best.

I visited the Dee Why store today & was assisted by 2 gentlemen about 2 different things & must say both Ray & Pat were absolutely brilliant. There knowledge & expertise was great & made my visit very quick & successful. Thank

Today I bought a smart tv. Euan who served me was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable, efficient and smart, he even carried tv out to car and loaded it up for me. Thank you so much I was very impressed .

Not very tech minded, I went in and saw David. What a champion. Not only guided me on the purchase of a new mobile that would suit my basic needs, but gave me advice on getting a new SIM card amongst other things. It’s a shame David’s customer service and friendly attitude wasn’t in all retail outlet's. Pleasure to be served by you David. Great guy

I visited your store today, 12/11/22 to seek some help with the workings of my Epsom printer.
I want to thank a staff member & his manager who both took time out to clear up the problem of finding English on my keyboard. I am so appreciative of their kindness & patience. Please pass this message on to them.

I'd like to say a big thank you to Dess and Mary in printing. My prints ordered online were delayed and I know how busy they can be instore, but despite this they printed up some posters for me on the spot to save the day. Their understanding of my situation was amazing. Thanks again ladies!!!

There is a guy named Theo at the print out section. He was patient and understanding throughout all the request we made. Thank you. Your customer service was admirable

I went to this store today. (12 Oct 22) to purchase a pc, chair and a cabinet for my office.

David was extremely helpful and kind. He assisted me greatly with my purchase.

Highly recommended store and ask for David. He is very knowledgeable about computers.

Let me start by disclaiming - I have an alternate motive in writing this review - That is - I NEED to get involved in the pioneering community engagement work which #Wesfarmers does via Officeworks. (Eventually see attached photos) This motive is not self serving - but rather volunteering in the community.

That out of the way - I can honestly say they deserved this rating...Let me justify:
1 🌟 for Great Prices. PLUS another
1 🌟 for Amazing knowledgeable, prompt and thoughtful Sales Service. PLUS Another 2 🌟 for Staff Positive Attitude...and as I mentioned before a final 5th 🌟 for Community Engagement.

Friendly staff, low prices, sometimes the printing queue is long, but it's no issue. Sometimes products are out of stock but staff offer solutions. I've successfully had prices matched, but I don't need to as often now because the prices are often the lowest, including my laser printer cartridges.

Staff is helpful. Prices are ok. Know what you want. Sometimes new models are held at the back until the old ones are sold and some items sold out on the website are still on the shelf.

Just want highlight the outstanding service from Neeru Tamang in the printing department at Dee Why - outstanding customer service & technical ability!! Fast, efficient & excellent service on every occasion I’ve used their services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you Neeru 🙏

I'd been to Mona Vale to be told "We're out of stock..." no suggestions as to an alternative so I left feeling a little disgruntled and went to Dee Why, which was out of my way. In the Dee Why store I was told "Sorry we're out of stock but this is lovely and it should do the job you're after" with a smile. I have found the Dee Why staff very helpful and the alternative worked perfectly. Thank you :)

Theo at the printing desk was the best help I could have asked for, he patiently worked through a printing error from my side, using his knowledge of his craft to help me and we ended up coming out with a great quality end print - honestly can’t thank them enough for the persistence - top class customer service

Many people complain about the printing section. I went there two days before Christmas and was surprised they could print what I wanted on the spot and the quality was at a very high standard. I’d recommend and go there for more printing again, no problem at all. Thank you so much!

Great customer service! Ella was super helpful and offered to search for the exact paper i was looking for. Very friendly and always smiling.

Very helpful staff here at Officeworks Dee Why. As it’s my usual go to Store.

I drove from Mosman (where the local Officeworks service is appalling) all the way to Dee Why because the service at Dee Why is always so good. I was greeted warmly at the door, then one of managers (Rob) went above and beyond to help me with my printer issue. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Called up after misplacing a receipt for a transaction a few weeks back.
Could hear that the store was busy in the background of the call, but David took the time to locate and send a copy of the receipt to me.
