Amazing customer service from Michelle. The nappy bag I ordered was not received, which was an issue with the courier company. Michelle sorted the issue and promptly sent me a replacement.

I cannot believe how good this company is!! I purchased a travel pram online and was directed to email to check stock levels. The ladies emailed back promptly that the product was in stock so I purchased soon after. I could not believe it when it arrived less than 24 hours after purchasing!!

EXCELLENT BABY SHOP, Friendly Staff were very knowledgeable, a great range of products for your first big baby purchases and being able to test a new pram on their "terrain" was very helpful! They match prices, too.
