So incredibly helpful! With almost 9 months pregnant I went over to get a piece of foam cut for the bassinet. Once I got home I found out I measured it wrong, as it was 2 cm too short (pregnancy brain).. I called them and they cut a whole new piece for me without any extra charge.

Very good at custom foam design and fitting for hard cases to store expensive audio and electronic gear.

Recently found out the store was under new management and went to take a look, huge changes! Store layout is lovely and easy to shop with and staff super helpful for everything i was looking for!!

They told me they have lots of new deals on foam, rubber and EVEN STUFF FOR MY POOL!!! Had no idea this store had so much! Will definitely be back!!!

We had to return a mattress due to slight caving after a few months of use and they kindly offered to refund the purchase and take in the mattress for inspection, we upgraded to the top tier one which is fantastic. Special thanks to Daniel who was super kind and helpful and to the owner for acting outside of procedure. It really helped us as broke backpackers!

Fantastic service both yesterday and today!

I picked up a panel of sound deadening foam yesterday and underestimated the amount i would need by a fair bit, I went in this morning to purchase another panel only to find out I bought the last panel yesterday. Instead of having to wait they were happy to sell me the thicker panel for the same price. That means I can get the sound proofing sorted before my partners grandmother gets home which is fantastic news. Could not rate them highly enough for the service they did, strongly recommend.

(hot tip for the foam panels if you are buying by the bulk panel - make sure you open them up and let them air out before applying, they have a strong smell that will fill the room pretty quick)

I ordered an outdoor cushion for a new chair. This was a very pleasant experience when dealing with Laven, who went above and beyond to deliver a cushion to me. He was very helpful and always courteous. We will be buying more cushions and other products here in future.

Exploring gym floor tile options, Chris from Clark Rubber Brookvale was terrific in helping me select the right product. The quantity I needed had to be ordered in and this took only a few days. The product was spotless and delivered on time - reliability that I really appreciated as I had a tight timeline. Since then, I have purchased more of the same product and also other products, from their store or via the phone, and Laven and everyone at the store, have always been very helpful.

Went in to get some edging for my bumper bar after fitting towbar.

The person at the desk was very friendly, helpful, and efficient - he came out and looked for the suitable edging and processed the sale efficiently and in a friendly manner.

Overall, a great shopping experience with no complaints.

I had an algae problem with my 8000l above ground pool. Laven
explained everything without it sounding like a chemistry lesson. He got me to do a simple ph test & once I brought it back, he told me the products I needed to solve the problem, but didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need.
Excellent customer service, without coming across like a salesman.

Such good guys. It has been a long time since I have experienced a business prioritising to do the right thing, acting with common sense over making money. I had an issue with a matress I had purchased, went back into the shop a few months after I had purchased it and Laven had remembered me and my name. He then went above and beyond to help, all in his cheerful manner. Daniel also is a great lad. A real genuine guy, that wants to help. Plenty of places around that could take a leaf out of these guys books.
