Mali Thai (Mali in Bendigo)

Very traditional place wonderfully maintained in very Thai atmosphere. Very friendly staff and very quick service. Good Thai taste.

Delicious, affordable fresh Thai food. My son and I had a lovely meal. Serving sizes are also very generous!

Mali Thai is certainly worth the visit when in Bendigo!

Had the privilege of sampling the Tom Khra Soup and the Red Curry with succulent Duck.
Both dishes were quite flavoursome, delicious and exploded in your mouth in a marriage of exotic Thai herbs and spices.

The coconut rice accompanied the Red Curry sensationally. It wasn't over powering or lacking in coconut flavour.

Will definitely be back to try other dishes and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try authentic Thai cuisine.

Beautiful decor and clean dining room. We came in quite late and the place was pretty busy, Monday night, thought we could be in for a wait. The service was attentive. The food came quick. And it was awesome. Soooo tasty. We live in Melbourne and hit the odd Thai joint and have traveled Thailand before. This food was on par with the best. I wish you could open a shop closer to us.

Beautiful room, full of traditional Thai pieces, and loads of the best looking artificial flower arrangements I've ever seen. Staff were lovely, gentle, kind and friendly, and then the food.... DELICIOUS!!! Delighted we found this place, well be back.

Ordered Khao pad (fried rice with prawns), seafood yellow curry, crispy sweet and sour fish, crispy ginger fish. Every dish was 10/10. Crab and lemongrass would’ve made the yellow curry 11/10. Nevertheless, very lovely meal. Staff were nice too! Thank you! ✌

Have been in for dinner a number of times since their opening week, and always enjoyed the food and experience. Service has improved over time. Staff are always friendly, but with our first few visits they seemed quite inexperienced - staff now appear much more responsive and efficient.

Our favourite dishes are the chicken spring rolls, and the Crying Tiger steak, but we’ve also been happy with any of the noodle, stir fry, or curry dishes we’ve tried.

Mali Thai is delightful with really lovely staff. We have visited a few times now and have never been disappointed. The meals are very generous and super tasty.

Really enjoyed our lunch. Took the kids and they also enjoyed pork buns and noodles. The staff were very nice about my vegetarian needs cooking up a beautiful noodle dish with salad. Beautiful interior as the owner studied architecture in Chiang Mai. Waiter very nice giving the kids ice cream as it was a hot day. My Thai wife also enjoyed her chicken dish.

I’ve eaten at 100 Thai restaurants. This is easily top 5.

We had Curry Puffs, Satay Sticks, Panang Curry and Spicy Chicken. Totally recommend all of them.

Ordered for the first time last weekend and its was beautiful.
Lots of gluten free options and very accommodating with answering questions. Food was great and I can't wait to try more from the menu :)

Delicious!!! One of my favourite places in Bendigo. Food is always full of flavour and doesn't dissapoint. Red, yellow and green curry with coconut rice is 10/10!! Tom Yum soup is full of flavour and so tasty!!!
