Such friendly staff and they were open on New Years Day! Definitely worth a visit to get great ideas on where to go exploring. They also provided the street art map which we had fun seeking and provided additional info about the Dolphin Discovery Centre offerings - checking out turtles!!!

A quiet peaceful place. Amazing clear view of the Thrombolites. Able to see them, but keeping in mind view is better in the summer months when water level is low

Such delightful women running this centre. The Northern Coast could learn a thing or two. Thankyou Bunbury 48 hours free caravan parking if you are self sufficient.

59 years of WA and I never went there before. Silly me. Awesome small museum. And a display on the cafe, Natural Temptations, I used to like very much. Didn't know its history, herstory, or why it finally shut. Now I know.

Needed info on what to do around Bunbury and we were given great help. Got plenty of stuff and were also assisted in booking a site for free camping. Must be self contained. Get in early!!!! Extremely helpful staff.

A nice place, with some really good staff.

(Unbeknownst to my partner & I, we arrived in Bunbury when it was schoolies week and accommodation was limited. A lovely lady at the Visitors Centre managed to find us somewhere to stay, for the night 🛌👍).

Amazing place. Clean, absolutely beautiful view and to top it off, they play classical music while you wait and obviously the good stuff such as Mozart, Beethoven and others. Lots of bins and kept in a pristine condition. 5 stars.

Staff here couldn't have been more helpful. With my 4 year old and luggage and 5 hours to pass before our train left, I was assisted with storing our bags safely at the centre. We were then free to enjoy the city unencumbered. Thank you!

Super customer service from the friendly staff at the Bunbury Visitor's Centre. Was a pleasure calling in, they pointed out some great attractions and we signed up to stay a couple of nights in their free overnight camp for self contained vehicles. We bought a meal out, did some grocery shopping, went to the mall and purchased some apparel and bought a coffee next morning, all thanks to your visitors centre staff. Had it not been for them we would have moved on.
We are travelling around WA and so far this is the most helpful friendly centre we have been in. Will definitely be back to Bunbury and the visitors centre. Thanks so much. AAA+++

The visitor centre is amazing , the customer service given by the 2 ladies working on Saturday 15th Jan was nothing short of fantastic , they were both so helpful , patient and knowledgeable without them we would have missed so many things to do and visit staying overnight in a 24 hour stay was perfect and the views were inspiring , Thankyou ladies for all your help and advice, thanks to the Bunbury City Council for the opportunity to stay in RV roadside location 👍
