CHUU Salad and Juice Bar

This place hands down has something of the tastiest and healthiest food I’ve eaten out. Consistently delicious and fresh meals, great portions and very well priced. Not hard to see why it is a favourite for Manly locals for breakfast and lunch all year round.
I recommend the Chicken Laska.

I tried soup, salads and wonton❤. I would recommend Salad # 2 and chicken soup with tofu.
Honest food without flavor enhancers in salad dressing 👍 large portions, caring staff. Lots of regular customers.
‼No toilet, few seats. It would be even much nicer place if more clean (tables are sticky)

The Best Salad I have ever had! And it's hard to get excited about salad! Had the number 2 with sesame dressing instead of nuoc cham and with shaved beef. Was so nice I went back the next day and ate it again! Also a lovely range of juices/smoothies. We had a yummy mango and yakult one Hubby was happy with his Lassa also. Told my friend about this place (which I have not eaten at since it was opened years ago) and she says "I go there all the time"!! They seem to know a lot of the customers by name so obviously a good following. Highly recommend!.

Walked past the other week and saw someone eating what looked like the most delicious laksa, so headed there and ordered the prawn laksa and it was so delicious. Really really tasty and the prawns were cooked perfectly.
Can't wait to get back in again soon and have the tofu version as the tofu is my fav part!

Best Salad in Sydney. This is by far my favourite salad in Sydney. I've been trying many different places and Chuu's place is by far the best one. Food is always delicious and generous. Juices are also delicious.

I got the spicy chicken salad and sesame sauce. I would have liked more spice but that salad tasted so good I didn’t even get time for a photo. Friendly people behind the counter too with a smile

chuu is one of my favourites in manly, it’s 100% unbeatable. JJ never burns the coffee and the food is also at an affordable price whilst also maintaining how delicious it is. I would recommend for coffee, breakfast and lunch! And on that note JJ and his team are really welcoming and lovely!

The best salad in town! The people who run it are just the best, always friendly always delivering healthy food for a good price. I always go for a fresh apple juice and the number 1 salad come here 4 times a week😋 keep on doing what you are doing

These guys are so friendly! The salads are so good. I usually go for the Tempe salad. Love the coffee. Iv also tried the ginger shot drink and the special #2 which is a banana and coffee smoothie. I highly recommend!

JJ's is the most friendly cafè in Manly, offering the BEST coffee at unbeatable price (bring a cup, and you will see for yourself). Their genuinely warm manners are a rarity and you will enjoy getting your daily coffee here (often twice in a day!). Credit to you Chuu staff :)

Awesome salads & juices. Add super nicer owners to it and you will get a 5 star product. The other day while we were waiting for our salads the owners walked across the street to give a free meal and a tea to a homeless person. Wish to see more businesses doing the same. Highly recommended.

My favourite coffee place in Manly. JJ knows all his regulars names and orders. Get a discount when you bring your own cup as well.

CHUU Salad and juice bar is a fairly new healthy eatery to the manly dining scene and boy was I impressed with their offerings. We stumbled upon this place after the lady at the front rang the bell and that caught our attention and then their shinny brass fittings + their inviting decor lured us in. We had two salads made: one with chicken and the other with beef along with five other ingredients of your choice. They do not charge for "extra smile" on their menu :) (This is actually printed on their menu) I do recommend the Chuu dressing. The pok pok wings were finger licking good too. We wanted to get the juice but then while we were eating we over heard other returning customers bragging about how good those house blend tea was, so we had a change of mind. We got two tea to take away and we left it up to the lady at the counter to surprise us. She pulled out this massive tray and started cutting up spices, vanilla beans and weighing out the different tea leaves etc. and IT WORKED! The tea was amazing! Considering the location of this shop and the quality of the food and tea, in the end the bill was easy on our pockets too. That was the final surprise for us.
I will definitely return to try out those curries that was on the special board. I reckon this place quite special and I highly recommend it. Thank you to all the friendly staff that served us that day.

Been here on a many occasions and they have an excellent selection of salads and juices available. They have 8 different types of Salads to choose from and you get to pick your own protein or make up your own salad. I have had the No 1 and No 8 salad and both were delicious.
