That has to be the best salad place in Manly! Grab the Tokyo salad and you will come back in the next day for more! The secret sauce... If someone please have any idea of what it is... Please tell me !!! I guess it has sesame oil, but has to be together with a nice fruit.. not sure yet but will figure out one day :) .. the infused noodle... Ohhhh.. seriously this is as good as placing a buy trade in the right time and profit big!

Came here for lunch. I have been to the on in mona vale. The one in manly had more dressing and was super yummy. I had the Tokyo, and mum had the coconut both with chicken. There good servings. The Tokyo one is a sweet creamy sesame dressi it had cherry tomato, avo,mix lettuce a bit of cabbage,I tasted mint it was super fresh and the soba noodles where yummy. Next time I will have to try another one :-)

Has a flawless salad feast - more than a salad ! Fresh vegan options with plenty of variety. The friendliest team and service that was lighting fast! Huge servings with choices of healthy juices! When in Manly make your way there ! Just behind the carpark in Whistler street!

Occasionally I bought here some salads and every time I was both convinced of the store concept as well as from the taste of the food! This time I ordered to take away as it was very busy. I will return!

YUMMMMMMM. We’ve been here twice in a week now. So delicious!! The lineup can be massive so be prepared. But don’t worry, it moves quickly! Delicious selection of huge salads and relatively healthy beverages. I’ve been really happy both times.

Such beautiful and delicious food! Very fresh and tasty. This place is more focused on quick meal, order at counter and eat in or take away. It's not cheap but it's worth it.

Best salads in sydney by a long shot! Fresh, filling and full of flavour.

Had the chicken Tokyo and it was amazing. Mixed greens with avocado, sesame dressing, chicken and rice noodles and some other fresh veggies. It was so filling and yummy. I might skip the chicken next time and just go double avocado. It comes with green tea soba noodles, but I avoid tea and was happy they could swap the noodles. Great food, great service!

This place was so good! I am vegan and had the Pure Buddha's Delight Tofu. It was a ton of food - filling but doesn't leave you feeling gross. Great value for what you get. My only issue with this place is that they don't have a location in MN, USA.

I had the Tokyo salad with tofu, it tasted really fresh. All the ingredients worked well together, green tea infused soba was declious.

The dressing amount was perfect and it was a massive salad which kept me full unlike other salads.

This isn't a huge sit in place so you may have to wait.

For the local, it's not a chain : it's an institution. For me, a new vegetarian, it's my default go to for a late breakfast or lunch.
An amazing array of well flavoured bowls. Crunchy, healthy, saucy. What's not to like about it? My fav? Pre Vegetarian - the chicken 🐔 Tokyo classic. Now Pure Buddha's delight tofu.
