Amazing quality products and incredibly well priced! They are so effective and efficient in processing/delivering orders. But most importantly the incredible customer service you will receive is unmatched! I have only made online purchases however, even when you contact via phone/e-mail the staff are so gracious and gentle in approach when addressing any questions or concerns. Do not hesitate to purchase from this store. I’m an international buyer and I’ll definitely purchase from them again. The sizes on their website is very accurate, quality of the dresses is amazing. I ordered twice from this website, the first time I accidentally ordered the wrong size because here in Germany my size is 40 or M-L. At this website from Australia size S fits me perfectly. So I had a bit of a learning experience but that is none of the websites fault!
I ordered again and I love the dress I received, it is a very good quality and just fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend this online shop and I will gladly order here again.

My mum purchased a dress from elegance by veil of faith, let me just say, the customer service was amazing. The lady helped us with every dress she tried on, god bless her, the dresses are beautiful!

I requested for express postage but they accidentally sent via normal postage. Told them and got my postage fee refunded straight away. Awesome customer service. Though, i had to wait abit longer than usual for my items to arrive. But i got to say it was definitely worth the wait. I love the qualities of the product. Despite the minor glitches, Overall i was a very happy customer :).

I got two dresses and I LOVED them both, they/re exactly like the pictures
the sizes are very accurate to the size charts and the colors are just on point.
most importantly, GREAT customer service and I got the package way earlier than expected.

Customer service was absolutely amazing, I had an issue with the delivery of my package and I sent an email in concern. They tried their best to locate my package and assisted me with possible solutions. During this incident they continued to follow up with me. After all was said and done I did receive my package and the clothing was amazing and comfortable. The overall experience was great, I would recommend to friends and continue to shop from here!

I ordered one of their dresses for my best friend’s wedding and had a great experience with veil of faith. My dress came quickly, and I didn’t experience any issues in customs (I ordered it to the US.) I got so many compliments day of and will definitely be ordering more dresses from the veil of faith!
