Great customer service. I ordered a last minute order from Perth as i was traveling overseas and needed the order, they rushed it through asap with great advice on the products and help finding what I needed in a hurry. Very thankful to the sister who i dealt with in the phone!

I shop at bnah all the time! And all the staff are lovely but the last 2 times I shopped there a girl by the name of “Rim” served me. I have never seen customer service like that before, she was absolutely amazing, it’s very hard to find someone that works in retail these days that is so polite and so helpful. She deserves to be acknowledged!

The custom service is very professional and helps you with anything you need. Friendly and kind! I ordered a sweater and the quality of the product was really chocking me. It was thick and perfect for the winter, exactly what I was searching for. Today, one year later, the colour is still the same and the material as brand new. They have a big selection of the colours of their products aswell. Highly recommended! ⭐

Went to the store on the weekend and the girls serving were absolutely fabulous. Amazing customer service and really made me feel welcome Evan though I didn't have a hijab on. Would recommend this place to all my muslim family and friends.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I asked to see several different colored jilbabs which can be annoying for staff to have to take out and then fold again, but they were really friendly, helpful and did not at all make me feel as though I was annoying them. Great service!

I bought some sleeved jilbabs, skirts and caps from this boutique online because I thought it was closed during the lockdown. Arrived within 3 days. All of them were of excellent quality at reasonable prices. Online customer service (query) is prompt and helpful. This is probably going to be my only go-to store to get my Muslimah clothings, InshaAllah.

I have been to both Lakemba and Greenacre stores and staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. There is such a great variety of Modest Islamic wear for both men and women. The hijab section is amazing and you're always guaranteed to find what you're looking for. Great store and equally impressive customer service.

I'm not from NSW, so I've yet to visit both of your stores which I'm looking forward to soon. My experiences online is fantastic. I receive timely emails about where and when my shipment are due. Although during coronavirus times, postage delays is no sweat and when my parcel arrives, I'm very happy.
