Sweet little spot with amazingly nutritious food. Very knowledgeable staff. All Gluten free. Deep understanding of food intolerances. Basil pesto chicken bowl was refreshing, well seasoned and balanced. Generous portion of chicken. Highly recommend this spot off the beaten, touristy track. Make your way there. It’s worth the trip!

The best. Vegan keto options are always a much appreciated treat. But Keep Tone is the best cafe that serves vegan keto I've been to yet.

I’ve been to Keep Tone a few times and have always enjoyed my food. Despite being low carb, all meals are full of flavour. The coffee is great and service is friendly.

Great keto friendly dining options! Owner is kind and he explained to us what motivated him to run this place. I love that strawberry creamy dessert. Pizza is great but a bit too salty. Rating the spicy curry chicken waffle 10/10.

Great addition to cafe scene in Manly & super healthy. Even if you’re not into Keto you should give this place a go, healthy & tasty meals for all choices. The egg stack & halloumi wrap are a must. Great choice of bread makes for a change from boring sourdough. The owners really care about what they place on your plate but quite unpretentious. Great quality coffee as well. Overall excellent.

OMG the best breakfast of my life!! Coconut base bacon and eggs pizza and the berry waffles. Choc keto immune booster drink and awesome coffee. Great atmosphere and service topped with healthy delicious food and you have all the ingredients for us to come back for lunch, which was just what we did. Would highly recommend.
