Management needs to hurry up and update facilities and equipment as mentioned by all other reviewers! We can not be waiting till end of the year for missing equipment to be replaced.
I’m most concerned with the cleanliness as it has definitely gone down hill. Serious improvements and attention need to be made right away. Today there was spillage on the floor and I had to bring this attention to the staff. Vacated tables left dirty which I had to ask the staff to attend to. I also ended up stepping on pieces of food and chips dirtying and staining my socks

Planet Mino is great for little toddlers. My 22 month old absolutely loves the downstairs part. This place is always super clean which I appreciate for a kids play space. I also love that it’s not super crowded, I assume they cap the amount of people inside which is fantastic!

Took my 5 year old nephew here, he spent 1.5 hours there and he could've been there for longer if we had let him. Even though as adults, the play areas seems simple, the kids absolutely love the place and can be preoccupied for a long time. It's also a good spot for the youngens to make a few friends and learn to socialise. For the adults there are seats and tables, and one would be comfortable enough to let their kids roam by themselves (depending on age) since everything is mostly kids safe, as long as you can see them from afar. There is also a cafe there if you want some food and drinks. Price of entry is reasonable. Socks are mandatory for kids and adults, and if you forgot to bring some, the kids socks are only $4 at the counter. Parking is available on the street but it's not difficult to find a space. When we were there, the elevators were not in service.

We’ve been taking our son here for almost two years now and he absolutely loves it here. We usually stay between 2 and 3 hours each time, allowing time for some snacks in between. It can be a little challenging to find a car park at times but other than that staff are always friendly and the cafe is quite good too with lots of options for the kids and us adults too.

very nice place for kids. my little one has enjoyed her time so much. if you want to enjoy go during weekdays not weekend. also they ask you to buy socks for your kids from the entrance costs $4 (they said for safety but already my daughter was wearing socks but they said because they the one they sell has plastic underneath, actually i bought it and my daughter used her socks😀 so you can consider the $4 extra fees). the other think there is no hand sanitizer bottles enough in this big place and i told staff there and they replied nicely that they will provide more. overall i am very happy with my experience there and definitely i will back again and again.

The best kid play centre in the town. My son just loves it.
The space is huge and has 2 levels where kids from 1 year old to 10 can find the right spot to play.
Highly recommended.

A full day of fun for young and old. How good was that!!! But you really should have a room for Dads to play with the toys. The kids have been looking at us like aliens 😜. Boys and their toys!
Wonderful place. A definite must experience. But its very hard to get dad to go home!

My daughter's friend had arranged her birthday party at this place. The experience was really exciting inside as well as during cake cutting ceremony. I would definitely recommend this places for parties. But I feel they need to have better deals for different groups numbers as the play area is shared with others too. So technically there is no privacy. Too much crowded for giving personal touch to the party guests.

Seriously, this place made me wish I was a kid again!!! But it was great fun for adults as well!! A great place to take kids out especially after isolation! They have sinks everywhere and sanitisers for the kids and adults! The staff there were constantly sanitising toys and blocks whilst we were there 👌 the overall experience was one that no child should miss out on!

Great indoor playground for kids. I went there with my 9-month baby. There's a dedicated space for kid less than 2 years.

One issue that I found was I had to carry the pram upstairs to the main entrance.

Amazing setting! Great fun for families. Even with how busy it was it didn't feel crowded. Only downside is street parking which can mean a bit of a walk. Food and coffee are good and easy viewing of your kids playing while relaxing. Ball pit is epic and everything is super clean. Very much recommended for your kids

Had my son’s 5th birthday party here on a Saturday morning. Was really well organised and party helper was absolutely fantastic. Centre wasn’t too busy between 9:30-11:30am when we had the party. Kids all had a great time and parents all commented on how lovely and relaxed the atmosphere was. Great food and coffee. I would definitely recommend for a kids party! Thank you guys.

We are locally and I’m single daddy.... I went there lately 3-5pm on Sat 14th Nov, I accidentally lost my car key in there without a spare key at home too!the pram and everything for my kid was in the car.... at 5pm (after hour for workers& cleaner) everyone was helping me to find the key for an hour and finally we found it! Don’t know what to say to all staffs and cleaner that day.... we are super appreciated for you kindliness ...we will always be there👍🥰😌💖👏🏻

This place is amazing. A complete paradise for kids. My 3 year old just didn't want to leave. The top story is a giant ball pit with multilevel slides and climbing area. The downstairs level has a pretend play supermarket, bakery, beauty parlour, giant trampoline, Lego building area etc. I recommend you pay for unlimited playtime as 1 hour simply isn't enough especially if you are going to order food at the Cafe.

This place is so great. The upstairs has a fantastic play structure while the downstairs has a lot of imaginative play areas. It's like two play centres in one. The coffee and food is really good. I was also impressed with how clean everything was. It's a bit pricey, especially for two kids on the weekend. We played for 5 hours easily though so it was worth it to me.

Kids loved it, they spent two hours like it was minutes
