A friend of mine has a blood clot in his leg he went to Priceline to get the tablet l’s unfortunately the hospital forgot to put a number on the script so that he would get the pensioner discount of $7.50 instead of $80 so that he could start the tablets they gave him enough free yes that’s right free tablets to get him through until he could get back to his doctor to get the scrip fixed.Thank you Priceline Cockburn you guys are legends I know for a fact a lot of chemists would not have done that we all seem to write a lot of negative things so I’m happy to send my gratitude to Cockburn Priceline thank you

Ellie from Priceline cockburn was so incredibly lovely. I had an issue with a waterproof mascara and the team were beyond amazing, the first girl I spoke to (not sure if it was also ellie) was so lovely and understanding and Ellie topped it off with helping me out getting the correct mascara. Great Service from Mark in the pescriptions section. He went well above and beyond for me yesterday, sitting on hold to a Goverment contact centre to answer a query whilst he let me head out and finish my chores. He called me later that evening to let me know he had sorted out the issue and sent me an email with the details.

The staff in here are quite friendly. Makes me feel better about shopping here when I need a few medicines or other products. Prices are reasonable. When they have sales, you can really save quite a bit of money. They treat people with kindness and smiles. Nice to see this! You don't see that much anymore in this world.

On a previous visit to the store , I met the owner who asked me for feedback regarding service. I told him that the service wasn't great and I only used the store because of price. The owner welcomed the feedback and thanked me for my honesty. Since this conversation, I have visited the store 3 times and the service has been friendly and outstanding. It is refreshing to see a business listen to their customers and respond. Congratulations Priceline and keep up the good work.

The staff is very helpful and understanding. I have been coming here for all my prescriptions and non prescription medicines for years.

I couldn't find the right product on the shelf, a sales person walked by, clearly on her way home, asked if she could get a staff member to assist me and instead, quickly answered my query and found the product I was searching for So many people wouldn't do that nowadays once they're off the clock. Thank you, after the day I had, that small act of kindness made a real difference.

Mark, Runs this place or is one of the head chemists. He is really on the ball, and all the staff offer a quite brilliant world-class standard of service it’s very impressive particularly for a chemist.
