Myhealth Meadowbank

After dealing with the doctors in my area for years, I was tired of being let down. It was recommended for me to try the doctors at Myhealth Meadowbank and I can say I'm relieved to finally find doctors that know what they're doing. I now travel 45 minutes to see Dr Ali for myself and Dr Jasmine or Dr Michelle Ly for my children and it's been fantastic. The trip is definitely worth the effort.

This medical centre is the best medical centre that i have personally visited. The cleanliness, the respect and politeness from receptionists and even the scheduling, its always amazing. I also didnt want to let Dr Ali’s amazing work go unnoticed. He’s knowledge, understanding and willingness to help is what keeps me going back to him. Dr Ali also genuienly cares about us every time we visit. Every time that i have visited him i know that i will walk out of that room confident that my issues will be fixed. Its great to have a doctor that i can trust and a medical centre like this. Im not someone that makes public reviews but this medical centre alongside Dr Ali has to be commended for their efforts. Great work everyone!

Dr. Michelle Ly is one of the best doctors I have ever had, she is friendly and very professional. She gives good advice on what to prevent my issue. I got my flu vaccine from her and it was very quick and not painful.

The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Today was good because I didn't have to wait long for my appointment because it was on time!

Very helpful lady at the reception. Met two nurses there who very really patient and helpful. The GP we met there was also very professional. Overall very happy with their service.

All the doctor's I've had the pleasure of seeing have been great (Dr Michelle Ly and Doctor Shefali 😊). Reception are quite nice as well. Was previously seeing a different MyHealth clinic but much prefer the Meadowbank one as the doctors are much more thorough and genuinely seem to care!

I live in southwest sydney but drive all the way to meadowbank to see Dr Ali.. one of the very few docs i will trust for my kids esp my premmie twins.. His thorough checkup and honest advice is unmatched..

Dr Joyce Wan has been our doctor here for a few years now and we are extremely happy with the care she’s provided to our family! She is warm and friendly, great with the kids, very thorough and understanding. Couldn’t recommend more. We have moved out of the area but very reluctant to move to a different doctor!
Also the nurses Kerry and Dillon are incredible, so easy to take the kids for their shots. They are so nice and the magic tricks also help!

Dr JESSIE LOW is incredible. She is the best Doctor I have ever come across. DR LOW provides outstanding quality of care for all my family members. Dr LOW goes above and beyond , taking time to go over the diagnosis and treatment options. She shines with professionalism, care, an investigative mind. We are very impressed and thankful to Dr Low for her continues care.

Dr Joyce Wan was very professional，friendly and patient,she also very kind to my baby Jasper. She gave me great advice to help my baby confront his sensitive skin. I want to say this time is great experience.

Dr Michelle Nguyen is an absolute star. She always assesses everything with detail and with such a kind, caring attitude. She always listens to my concerns and never brushes off anything and is always thorough. She has seen myself and my bub for all my medical needs throughout my conception to post partum. I highly recommend Dr Nguyen as your family doctor

Doctor Michelle is our family doctor. With kids that going to childcare we see our doctor more often than some relatives. She is so professional and good to kids, Always attentive to details. Highly recommend Doctor Michelle Nguyen. She is the doctor no matter how far to drive to visit her.

I have been with this clinic for 2.5 years. Big shout out to Dr Michelle Nguyen, she is knowledgeable and kind, good with kids. Also Dr Surbhi is good too. I always book them alternative. In addition, the nurses there are equally friendly and professional.
Good reception services too. I feel the level of customer service and attention has been increased over the year.

Dr Jasmine is the best GP i have ever visited. She’s educated, friendly, dedicated and understanding. Even at this busy clinic, i never feel rushed and the nurses at the clinic are amazing too. I highly recommend MyHealth Meadowbank.

I have been coming here since 2020. My children are seen by Dr Joyce Wan and Dr Michelle Nguyen. They give you a thorough consultation may it be phone or in person. Therefore, I highly recommend any of the doctor in practice is great and thorough since I have arranged an appt whenever Dr Michelle and Dr Joyce is booked out.

Best medical centre in the area. My doctor has been helping mum with her serious medical condition. I don’t mind the $30 gap at all. It’s nothing compared to what I pay for other things like my plumber who cost $100 just to say there was a leak in the seal! People need to get off their high horses and entitlement. I’d rather pay and get quality care than see one of those rude bulk billing doctors who see patients in and out like cattle everyday. Thank you for spending more time with your patients, appreciate it!

Dr James is the best GP in Sydeny I have ever met in my life. Super patient and kind and professional. I saw many GP in my life, but 100% sure Dr James is the best GP in sydney, no doubt. Much appreciate for Dr James excellent service for me and my wife Ma. Highly recommended.

Such a great doctors clinic, Joyce is amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They even do minimal procedures on the same day when necessary. I love my clinic, even with a gap fee - Joyce and the team are worth every cent.

Many thanks to Dr James for his professionalism and helpfulness. A few months ago, I tore two tendons in my shoulder, resulting in a lot of pain and lack of mobility. James ordered an ultrasound and several guided injections of cortisone. I am now without pain and have almost full movement returned to my upper arm and shoulder.

Great staff. Very professional. All the doctors I’ve seen at this practice have been very helpful. Also there is pathology on the premises, making life a little easier.

Love Nurse Kerry, she makes it super nice and easy for kids to have their immunisation, my kids love going to her as she makes everything fun. Amazing receptionist esp Toni, she's a very nice, humble and professional person. Some of my fav Doc are Dr Michelle, Dr Ash (best with kids) Dr Craig and Dr James. I am so thankful for their service especially during these challenging times.
