This review is in appreciation of the assistance given to me by CHRIS. Recently, I have been looking for some inexpensive, unusual items and Chris went to great effort to find them for me. His attitude is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I recommend Chris to anyone dealing with Repco Artarmon. Well done Repco.

I want to praise enormously Chris who works at Repco Chatswood. My adult son and I came in seeking help to clean a car that was so covered on all panels of the car with tree sap, possums and trees...it really stained the car. Chris gave us both so much time, spoke from experience in our to clean the car up and his advice was amazing! The car is near perfect and we have Chris to thank for this...his time, knowledge and professionalism.

I would like to congratulate Repco for their fantastic customer service. I made a online order and by mistake must have hit the click and collect instead of delivery, rang Repco up and explained what I had done. They said no worries we will deliver them free of charge how awesome was that. I can't thank them enough as a elderly person i can't get around that much these days .A nice young man delivered them to me. Well done Repco keep up the good work. Merry Xmas to all

I ventured into Repco Chatswood this afternoon, a typical middle-aged female who has no interest whatsoever in cars, apart from my car getting me from point A to B. My agenda, new windscreen wiper blades. I had not one but two very empathic, knowledgeable young men assist me finding the correct blades for my model of car. Despite it raining, they replaced the old for the new, all with a smile & sent me on my way. My experiences with this store are always favourable & pleasant, hence why I’ll keep returning. Thank you for the assistance today.

Best retail service I've had in ages. As a new P plater who knows nothing about cars, I was expecting them to laugh at me for my lack of knowledge. It was completely the opposite! The whole team was lovely, particularly the young man who served me, Hayden. Gave me great advice and even topped up my oil for me as I'd never done it before! The team also told me where I could get some paint for the car, even giving me the address! Went above and beyond. I hope everyone at that Repco gets a Christmas bonus!

Great staff. I arrived just as they were closing and was able to buy my transmission service kit.

Went in to get new windscreen wipers and James was so lovely and even helped change all my windscreen wipers. He was so friendly and willing to help with anything, would definitely go back to see him!

Very helpful as my windscreen wipers were really tricky to replace (old school rubber/metal runners) and the poor shop guy spent 30 minutes helping me finally get them inserted correctly. So patient… very much appreciated

Nothing but good things to tell. I ordered an item in but I had a traumatizing experience while communicating with one of their part time associate. Kate, the Store Manager was able to resolve the problem immediately when I picked it up, she should be set as an example for a lot of trade stores out there for providing a high standard of customer service.

They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought car lights, engine oil, and car paint friend them. They were not afraid of their competition and sent me to Auto One to get the good that they do not have. It was very nice of them to let me use their staff toilet.

Easy to order, they stated it would take 15mins to collect. It was quicker. Fantastic service when collecting the items. Very covid-19 safe. Well done on continuing to provide an excellent service and keeping our community safe.

I had some issues with an online and could not soilve the matter with the online shop. Went to the Chatswood shop and the friendly and competent manager, Karen, sorted it out right away. Brilliant.!

Two very good experiences shopping here. Excellent range and service. My advice is to brush the other mob down the road and shop here.

Staff member even lent me some of his own tools to undo my taillight so that I could replace a blown bulb.

I find these guys super helpful. If they don't have something they'll get it in for you and the staff seem to want to give genuine and good guidance.
