I have Tammy do my nails and is amazing because she makes them thin and narrow as I want them to look smaller as I have large nail beds. My nails never break and the girls there are all so lovely.

Best eyelash extensions I have ever had! They are so soft, did not fall off and have lasted 3 weeks before I've needed infills.

Ok but no customer service. Barely acknowledged when you enter or leave and cash only. EFTPOS machine is permanently on the blink.

Appalling customer service. Talking on top of your head in another language with each other while they’re across the room from each other. You make a booking and turn up on time, they make you wait half an hour. They could use to learn more about customer service and etiquette.
Also got lashes done there once and one side was way more filled than the other and when I mentioned it the lady told me to pull some out in a few days from the one that had more…. It’s a shame because their nail work can be good but their behavior is a turn off.

Totally rude!!! Passive aggressive!!! Disgraceful customer service. Disappointing that they operate in our local community. Make appointments that they don't keep. Made an appointment, turned up and they were totally full. was told it would not be long. I waited over 40 minutes past my appointment and then just left. So frustrating as I was trying to fit this in between work appointments. So disrespectful. Don't take appointments if you cannot keep them. Just do "walk-in"! Really made my blood boil. The other thing is they charge whatever they feel like and it is always "cash only" - no internet connection. Funny that most nail salons have this problem. None of the other Lugarno shops have a connectivity issue. Maybe we need to ring the Australian Tax Office. My friend went the other day and they charged her $55 for SNS - yet two and a half weeks ago they charged her $45. Whilst I was there another lady that was with her husband and had both just had a pedicure complained about the random pricing- $35 this time , yet just before Christmas weeks it was $25.

Disgusting service every single lady in there was rude and unprofessional, the lady doing my lashes ripped a bunch of my natural ones out and blamed a previous last technician when really she had no idea what she was doing! She rushed them and didn’t listen to anything I asked for , her and another lady also talking over the top of me and laughing and made it such an uncomfortable experience. Do yourself a favour and do not step foot in this place. So disappointing

I have been getting my nails done here for a while out of convenience as I live in the area and work full time. everytime i have gone here they have been extremely rude to me, the staff are passive aggressive. They have also every single time burnt my skin off with the drills and blamed it on me? The shellac always peels off after a week, just not good quality. My nails are always bumpy on the sides and inconsistent, they don’t let you pay with card either so have cash if you choose to go here. On my day off I want to relax and have a pleasant experience getting my nails done treating myself PAYING FOR A SERVICE. This is certainly not a relaxing OR pleasant experience.

Have gone here many times and will never step foot in here again! I turned up to my appointment on time and was made wait outside the store as they had no seats for me and my 2 year old. So we were left to sit outside near the road . I waited 20 min past my appointment time with them constantly telling me “oh 2 more minutes “. I got up and left!! won’t be back ever again.

DO NOT GET EYELASHES FROM THIS PLACE
Got an eye infection from the lady doing the eyelashes.... beware.
She uses the same eyelash wand to brush your lashes and the 300 people before you (IT'S A DISPOSABLE WAND THAT SHE KEEPS RE USING) .
They also use the same q-tip to rub Vaseline under your eyes and then dips it back in to the tub to use on the next person.... oh and they advertise single lashes for extra money but actually use bunch lashes.

PLEASE HELP YOURSELF AND FIND A DIFFERENT SALON

I only go to this salon when I'm desperate or short on time, won't be anymore. Staff are so incredibly rude - super passive aggressive, swipe your hand if it's in the wrong spot instead of using their words. Wouldn't go to this nail salon again even if it was the last one on Earth
