Daisy is brilliant! Simply The Best receptionist in NSW... very helpful lady with a lot of positive energy! Its a huge upgrade from previous bossy receptionist ( she refused to gave me her name erlier) my family got terrible experience twice. Thanks Daisy. Its my lucky day @ Top Ryde Medical Centre!!! Hope next time it will be you again!!!

The service was excellent, and the wait time was reasonable. Dr. Joe was fantastic – he's not just a wonderful individual, but he also took the time to explain my condition very patiently. He delved into the details about my health and provided me with some very useful advice on things to be mindful of in my everyday life.

Have been going here for forever. All the doctors are good and the reception staff are always so lovely and helpful. They bulk bill as well which is hard to find these days. Also conveniently has a chemist next door and pathology on site

Dr Joe Huang is an excellent doctor, he really took the time to listen and understand my chronic problem, to understand my history, and to try to find the right treatment.

Such caring staff and in particular, Dr Grace who could not do enough to help me. She is so kind. Elizabeth.

I have been a loyal patient of this Centre since 2005 and I should surely share my experience of high quality customer service at the reception and the service provided by the doctors at this centre. To my surprise the quality hasn't been compromised since 2005. My family is still getting the same service as we used to get years ago. I would encourage everyone to come and visit this centre and see for yourself. An excellent Medical Centre for everyone.

During the Christmas period my usual medical centre and GP were on a break and I unexpectedly needed to see a doctor. I was able to make an appointment at the Top Ryde Medical Centre where I saw Dr. Joe. He was very accommodating and resolved my issue to my upmost satisfaction for which I’m very grateful. I would happily recommend Dr. Joe for any prospective patient.

The GP has been very patient and nice in understanding my medical conerns and querries. He would then give corresponding responses, give suggestions and make respective referrals when needed. Furthermore, he would show concern to the referrals made by suggesting me to come back to see him for follow-up. Besides, the reception lady is friendly and nice in greeting me and answering questions.

I had a great experience at Top Ryde medical centre, everyone from receptionist, nurse to the doctor, Dr Sun are all very helpful and with great patience, they are very caring. Especially the nurse who is very kind. They are not too busy, easy to get appointment. I am happy to recommend them to others.

Dr Leo is the most professional and compassionate doctor. Very factual and therefore most helpful.

Fantastic place, best medical centre I've ever been too, great service, polite staff, short waiting times, very professional.

These guys have been looking after me and my numerous afflictions for many years (8+) and have always done the right thing by me. Dr Grove is an absolute legend. Has never steered me wrong - both physical and mental health. All the other doctors are fantastic as well. I'm in such a great place physically and mentally because of these guys.

Highly highly recommend going there. Open 7 days and I rarely have to wait a long time.

I hope they stay there forever - we'll at least for the time I'm around - ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

What a pleasant surprise! I was in desperate need of migraine medication whilst in the area & the receptionist & Dr Huang were so helpful. I was in & out in 10 minutes & De Huang even checked my blood pressure while I was there to make sure I was Ok. Thank you for such kind & professional service!

My wife and I see Dr Leo at this clinic and really he is one of the best doctors around. His knowledge and care is second to none. He takes the extra time required and we never feel like we are leaving with questions unanswered. As for people making comments about receptionsist? Well, I never had the receptionist treat me so it does not bother me, as long as I can get my appointments and I usually do, then I am very happy with this centre.

Good medical surgery with flexible hours of operation and good natured and patient reception staff. I have been seeing Dr De Silva for nearly three years since moving to the area. She is excellent, empathetic and very thorough.

I have also seen Dr Sun on a couple of occasions. She is knowledgeable and caring.

My experience when I attend is very good. The staff friendly and helpful. However, getting an appt is very difficult. The availability of Doctors is limited. The service from doctors is very good, the communication also is very good.

I have always found the staff and doctors at the Top Ryde Medical Centre to be friendly and efficient during the many years I have been under their care. The medical staff’s attention to detail leaves nothing to be desired. I am pleased to recommend the Top Ryde Medical Centre to those who appreciate first class medical attention.

The receptionist are all friendly and accommodating. You dont like a grumpy front liner to deal with especially if you're not feeling well. They give positive vibes in the place. Its clean and i feel safe. Doctors are knowledgeable and friendly too.

The ladies who work in the reception at Top Ryde Medical Centre are the most courteous, polite and very professional in their job as far as my experience with Medical Centre’s. The waiting room is always clean and tidy, spacious, TV and cool water dispenser provided for the patients. They provide plenty of reading material and also medical pamphlets for patients to read. I travel from Castle Hill to see Dr Nasreen Yasin because of her professionalism. She addresses every issue in detail and try to help me to overcome my medical problems. I have always booked an appointment with her in advance and never had to wait. The Receptionist always rings or text to remind me of my upcoming appointment. She is always prompt and welcomes patients with a big friendly smile. To be honest I don’t understand why people give Top Ryde Medical Centre a bad report. May be try to book an appointment in advance to avoid these waiting problems. Overall, I would recommend this Medical Centre to anyone who needs medical HELP!! Unfortunately, I can only give FIVE Stars but if I could give them TEN I would. Keep up the Good Work!!!

The doctors are excellent- very caring, kind and attentive. I am seeing Dr Haidary for a very long time, she is exceptionally wonderful. The staff are very polite, thoughtful, considerate and helpful. Feel confident about this medical centre and no hesitation to reccomend to anyone.

Our family including my late Dad, have been attending this Medical Centre since 1995. We have always been treated very well by the staff and the good Doctors, namely Dr; Badhrani De Silva, Dr Harridhari, and Dr Grove. I am aware that now there are more new Doctors working in the centre with whom I have had no experience. A special word about Dr De Silva, she is extremely dedicated and addresses to our medical needs at all times. She sees to every essential issue in detail and later does follow ups . Every time with a smile on her face her kindness touches our hearts. The Receptionists especially Ms Daisy and Ms Jess are always try to schedule us to see the Doctors. I have absolute faith in the practice and I am happy with the overall service. We recommend this Medical Centre to anyone who is looking for good service.
