Lugarno Dry Cleaning & laundry & alterations

One of the best dry cleaning and alteration places around. I've taken pants there to be brought in and up numerous times and had a white dress dry-cleaned after a red wine spill. All jobs are done incredibly well and decently priced. Yesterday took a dress in and asked for the zip to be changed to give me a bit more room by 11am the next day. Came back in to pick it up and it was still a bit too snug, so I was told to come back in a few hours and it would be taken out a bit further. Now my hens night dress fits perfectly and I am so happy. Would 100% reccomend

Exceptional stain removal on my daughters wedding dress !!!! Highly recommend their services. As photos were taken on a property, the lower part of the dress was covered in duck poo, and horse manure & goodness knows what else. It has come back like brand new. Very impressed.

Had my wedding dress to be dry cleaned here & couldn't be happier. Staff were friendly, honest & transparent & did their best to get practically every stain out. My wedding day was raining so the mud on the dress was tragic however they did the best job at getting the dress cleaned as good as new. I also had food & oil stains & all is out. My dress was a layered a line dress with underlayer hoops & endless beading & all was handled with care with no tarnish. I highly recommend my dress was treated with good TLC & I have no doubt with recommending to friends.

I had an expensive suit with mud stains on the shirt, pants and jacket. Another shop told me they couldn’t get it out after trying, so I took it to Lugarno dry cleaning and to my absolute surprise she was able to remove all mud stains and now it is back to brand new. Cannot praise they’re working enough. Definitely will continue to bring my clothes here.

A very convenient local Dry Cleaner situated in the Lugarno shopping strip. They do a good job. We have used their services a few times now and are happy with the results. They also do alterations and repair work. All very professionally done at reasonable prices.

Absolutely appalling service. The woman gave back a completely damaged 100% silk garment and is refusing to compensate for the damage SHE MADE. Not only this, the woman and her husband thought it was a laughing matter when we expressed how upset we were. DO NOT GO HERE if you have any self respect. Completely unprofessional, rude and will manipulate and gaslight you into believing she didn’t damage the item. Pathetic woman and a pathetic business that does not value the people of Lugarno. I cannot warn you enough - DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES BY BEING CARELESS AND STUPID.
