The Branksome Hotel & Residences

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. We had a good nights sleep and while the beds were a little firm they were not too firm for us.

Location wise it is great - super close to the airport and easy to get into the city too. An Uber to central station was about $16. There are also a few good coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

The only downside of the location is that from fairly early in the morning you can hear the planes taking off. This wasn’t a big deal for us but if you like to sleep in this might impact you.

Staff were friendly and attentive. All in all a good stay.

Good staff , great rooms, big and spacious. Quiet considering so close to airport. It is walkable to domestic terminal only....just. or take the shuttle for $10.
Upstairs rooftop bar is great.

Best night of my stay in Sydney. Wonderful suite facilities, spacious room and friendly staff. The only downside is that it's not near the train station but will not be an issue if you drive or take the bus.

This hotel is the best stay we had from our Melbourne-Sydney trip. We stayed there for two days, and my son loved it a lot.
We got the one bed room suite, and the facilities and the amenities are amazing! Washer, drier, kitchen with all the soaps, hefty amount of coffee and tea you can take for two days!
The heated pool is superb!
We ordered with breakfast and we had the most amazing with lots of varieties! Kudos to the chef with the amazing fried rice and congee!
The location is really convenient for us travelling with a car. Lots of free night parking spaces outside!
The room is kept really clean and amazing!
Definetely will comeback when we visit Sydney next time! 💕

Stayed in your hotel before Christmas and I can say it did not disappoint. The young, cute guy from the front desk was very , helpful, sweet, and accomodating. He has the genuine smile until the next morning time when he collected my luggage from the room while helping me with my infant; these and while a pack of folks are checking out. Hotel Branksome is a definite choice when it comes to staff and service.

Always a great place to stay. We stay at the Branksome every time we travel to Sydney. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly and the rooftop bar is fantastic!((

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, full kitchen units! Great little bar on the top floor with a nice view of the planes landing at the airport - hence the name "Plane Spotter Bar". Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Lunch at the restaurant for my besties birthday. Staff very attentive, food was good we gave feedback on temperature but otherwise enjoyable. Thank to you to the lovely staff for the complimentary birthday cupcakes and for singing happy birthday, we were all pleasantly surprised! We had drinks at the top deck that opens from 4pm (weekdays is 5pm). Love the plane spotting views and a nice ambience with 80’s music!
Street parking is free after 12pm. On-site parking is $5 per hour with limited spaces.
Would definitely visit again.

Simply the best!!!!! We stayed in 4 accoms throughout our trip and this was the most enjoyable. You get the most value for money - we paid AUD164 / night for a room well equipped with kitchenette, sofa, 2 beds, spacious toilet, dining table, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. It is a few train stops away from central but you get peace and tranquility here. It’s near to airport but the plane noise didn’t disrupt my sleep at all. It comes with heated indoor pool & gym which we didn’t manage to use it as we were here only for a day. We also learnt that it’s situated at Mascot, a fairly new town which has tons of good food nearby.

Will definitely head back to this hotel next time. Only wish they can open more chains worldwide!!!

We came from Tasmania to pick up our parents and booked this beautiful property for few days.. it has a really beautiful ambience with amazing customer service.. Mainly I really appreciate the effort of Mr Regan Shrestha, who helped us with the booking of room and he was really polite and helpful.. I am very thankful of him.. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property with great customer service..

Best hotel ever! Large clean modern room, full pledged amenities provided including own built in Laundy facility. Price.. not bad considering a 4 star hotel. Looking forward to stay again ...

This place is superb! Customer service is impeccable! Upon check in after a 21 hour flight from Europe, they greeted all customers with a warm welcome & presented a voucher for 2 for 1 drink up on the rooftop bar.😍

I booked a suite which was a fully contained suite with a big comfy bed, a lounge area, kitchenette, washing machine, dryer & decent sized ensuite.😍

I was able to check out at midday & because my flight back to Cairns wasn't until the evening, they allowed me to use the pool, sauna & gym 🙌🏽😍

I think that I will continue to use this hotel as it's so convenient to the airport, very clean & accommodating. Buffet brekky is $29 & a shuttle is $10 per person.

Good place to stay for a vacation which is located nearby to Sydney airport. Booked a two bedroom apartment which was fully equipped with utensils etc.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Branksome Hotel in Mascot, and I must say that the staff left a notable impression on us with their exceptional service and attention to detail. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, we were greeted with warm smiles.

The housekeeping team had thorough cleaned and organized every aspect of the room, leaving no corner untouched.

Throughout our 8 night of stay, the housekeeping staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They promptly replenished toiletries, refreshed towels, and tidied up the room whenever we were out. Housekeeping staff, Dipesh was very prompt and detail oriented when we requested to make a small change in our kids room. His genuine care and willingness to accommodate any special requests made us feel valued as a guest. Don’t remember everyone’s name but every house keeping staff we approached were extremely nice and professional.

Every member of the Hotel team went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfection. Front office staff, Swosti and Srijana were exceptional. Bibek from food and beverage service was truly commendable.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend The Branksome Hotel & Residences to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Sydney. This is our second time and we will definitely visit this place again on our next trip.

We were tossing up between ibis, Mantra on Sydney Airport and The Branksome Hotel & Residences, and I am so glad I booked The Branksome.

We arrived early after a very long and late night, and were so grateful that an early check-in was able to be accommodated.

We stayed in a Studio Suite, and it had everything you could possible need, including digital compendium, laundry, balcony, motorised night blinds and more. The room was spacious and comfortable. We would have loved to have stayed longer and experience the health centre and roof top bar, but our main reason for our stay was to get to the airport for an early flight in the morning.

Room service was great, as was the food. We enjoyed a walk through Mascot and visited a couple near-by pubs and had a feed on the way back at Mascot Kebab.

Concierge and staff were all lovely. A really lovely stay. The airport shuttle made it so easy to get to the airport in the morning on time with no stress.

Would recommend and happy to stay again.

After a cancelled flight at Sydney domestic late at night needed somewhere to stay the night. Had flight crew recommend this hotel & can I say wow! Clean, spacious 1 bed apartment with great amenities & early shuttle back to the airport. Only spent 5 hours but very pleased. Value was good, extremely clean & really wish I could have stayed longer & really enjoyed my room. Bed, pillows & linen all high quality. Highly recommended.

Beautiful clean well appointed studio with everything you could need. Even a dishwasher washing machine and dryer Fantastic breakfast. Efficient friendly staff
