Karate One - Family Martial Arts

Our kids have had an incredible experience at Karate One! Alex and Kristy are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also fantastic with kids. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes learning karate fun and modern.
In the short time we’ve been there we have already noticed the confidence boost it’s given our kids and would highly recommend Karate One to anyone looking for a positive martial arts experience!

Karate one owners and instructors Kristy and Alex are awesome. Our children have been attending since they opened in Illawong. While the students are learning karate Alex and Kristy are also teaching them important values like respect, kindness, fairness, inclusion and healthy living. This is all done in a fun and encouraging environment. We could not recommend Karate One highly enough.

Fantastic classes for kids, great to help them build confidence and discipline as well as flexibility, strength and self awareness. Alex is great with kids and brings out the best in them.

Excellent karate school, my son really enjoys going there he has just graduated to his brown belt. The instructor Alex is great.

I have 3 of my kids doing karate they love doing it they enjoy a lot and they love Alex the teacher and Kristy ..
They have karate Mums to which I love doing it as well.. It’s really good to learn new things and see the kids being involved and respectful.. I don’t think we could find anything better than them .. we hope to stay here for a long time .. I would recommend everyone to give it a go.. :)

You wouldn't want any other instructor training your kids. Alex does a fantastic job.
