walking all day and a week of decent amount exercise later just accidentally come across this right after the visit to Coles. Decided to get a head massage and a foot massage. The best decision ever, just thinking of it makes me want to go back to sleep. The masseuse was one of the best I have ever experienced, would suggest getting a taxi after coz I was in comatose for at least a few hours after.. Highly recommended

Professional, one of the best in the area, with great value for money. Very keen to help and explain the process. Plus the location is just inside Westfield.

I've been here a couple of times and they have worked wonders. I had a very painful shoulder with limited movement, but after just a 30 min session it was as good as new.

I highly recommend theses guys. Very clean and they accept health fund cards.

The store is located near ALDI, very tinny place. It is very traditional of message, but it can relieve your body issues. Fixed my shoulder and neck pain today. So relaxed.

My girlfriend and I have been getting massages here for almost a year. The service is absolutely professional. All the therapists are strong with great technical skills. The owner who is always there is very kind and considerate. He ensures you feel welcome at all times. I highly recommend this place and guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Been having therapeutic massage for many years because of a crooked spine. This is the best clinic I have found, and so have been attending on a weekly basis for years here. Very good therapists, personal attention, flexible treatment protocols according to my needs, well run, clean premises, reasonable prices.

After every message I’m relaxed and satisfied. The staff are professional and definitely have the skill of making your body feel less sore. Highly recommend and good price

Amazing! This was my second time at Wang’s Massage Centre and I reserved reviewing until I tried them again. The first time I tried their 30 mins foot massage, it was great! The second time I had a 30 min remedial massage with oil a lady by the name of Gigi - whom I was told isn’t their regular (as I tried to book her again for next week!), but Gigi was only helping out for the day. Highly recommend Gigi! Hope she returns to being a masseuse professionally again as she is amazing. The technique she uses is the same as my past masseuse who is now retired and I’ve been searching for a replacement and have tried various massage places but no one since 2019 has been as amazing as Gigi. The receptionist (male) is friendly and efficient. I’ll be back next week and hope Gigi will be back but I’m sure someone equally professional will be working. Very happy with Wang’s Massage Centre to date! Great work! It’s about time there’s a great massage place in Westfield as the place upstairs is rubbish!

Great first time experience here - no wait time, and hicaps available. The masseuse Theresa was very good with excellent technique and perfect pressure to relieve the knots and tension on my shoulders and back. Overall great customer service and massage for a decent price ($55 for 45min remedial massage)

I've been coming here for a number of years
for remediation massages. I appreciate the professionalism and understanding of the masseurs, both male and female, and I've never felt uncomfortable. The place is very clean and tidy and the owner on reception is always welcoming and friendly.

Great service, good clean massage centre with good masseuse. The accept most if not all health insurance. After a good massage 💆‍♂ the foot massage is a treat 😌

My friend recommended this place to me - have had the best massages there since!
I went last week and one of the ladies Yonnie noticed I had poor circulation and a lot of tension on my back, she recommended cupping, explained what it was and did it.
My back used to crack constantly - its now not cracking as much, its much less tense and i'm sleeping so much better. 10/10 recommend - Ask for Yonnie she's a legend and she knows things.

Update:

In a month after updating the review below; I found a hidden story created by the previous owner.

- The previous owner sold the business and decided to open a new shop in somewhere else. She tried to take good staff to her new shop which was rejected. So she played dirty game to let regulars walk away from this shop. My friend with Chinese background found out the story told me the old owner finally left the shop and dirty game is finished.

Today I went back to the shop to enjoy distinctive massage and (on top of this) great customer service with smile and welcoming attitude.

The new owner, who knows what customer service is told me that they would have renovation but definitely re-open in a few weeks.

I am so glad that I have good excuse to return to this shop and cannot wait to see their new look.

Been this shop more than 3 years but I decided to leave this with anger and feeling of disgusting.

I have had various experience; - a luxury one in Shanghai- a decent Thai massage in Wynyard - and many others - then settled in here.

When I first tried this shop, they had several excellent staff delivering great service; even a staff at local Bupa office recommended this shop. Like many other shops do, they also had fluctuating service but they had never reached bottom level.

Later, several excellent staff left, I doubted if they were under new management because suddenly their service level had been changed -downgraded. However, I decided to stick to them because they had not been reached bottom level yet; I was too lazy to search a new one.

Then I found an excellent staff who nearly cured my chronic problems. I was normally served by random staff, but this time, I decided to glue on him.
Anyway, it seemed the staff was gaining more and more reputation; then interesting thing started happening.

When I rang to book an 1/2 hour of massage with him, an old lady with short hair (staff called her manager) hung up the phone when I mentioned his name - yes, I know her voice because I had been a long term customer. After several unpleasant episodes, I decided to book in person so she cannot ignore me.
When I asked the manager if I could book 1/2 hour of massage with the specific staff, with spelling of the staff's name so she would get confused, she requested me to come back in ~1 hour. When I went back on the requested time, she asked me to pay in advance, which was very unusual - never happened before. Then when I entered into a room, she sent other staff in, not the one I asked! Then I found she let the requested staff to serve other person who was new to the shop (to impress her?). Then when I complained this, they tried to convince me to be served by the unknown staff.

I was so disgusted and decided to leave this untrustworthy shop. - I always tried to be humble with their very Chinese like customer service but now I think I had enough.

Luckily recently I found a decent massage shop near my new home with excellent customer service + minimally fluctuating practice.
So I dare to say, if you are looking for someone with great practice, you can try all staff and find out the one; but if you are looking for a trustworthy shop , I will advise you to cross out this shop from your list

This place is amazing! A regular go to for me for the last 3yrs. Takes medical hospital Benifits card if you have coverage. Quite and clean. Business Owner is very friendly and does his best to welcome and make certain you enjoy your visit!👌👌

Fully renovated and re-opened in July 2018 Wang's massage has a new owner and a new lease on life. Lots of rooms including a new "couples" room that can take up to three people at once. Now much quieter and more private. Thoroughly recommended.

No frills massage. Had the 30 minute neck and shoulder massage. Got all the knots out of my shoulders. Felt very relaxed afterwards. I was also given tips on how to do shoulder exercises to keep my shoulders and neck loose and free of knots. Highly recommend! Also can claim on private health insurance on Hicaps

Really great massage centre - the staff are all very skilful, professional and friendly. I have tried all the massage places in the area and this honestly is the best in every way. If u have a stiff neck or sore foot they will definitely fix it up for u.

Really, really good. I've had four sessions and it has made a big difference. Walking easier, gym work better and sleeping improved. Intend to make massage a part of my wellness routine.
