Stor-Mate | Storage Tamworth

I rented a shed from Stormate for 6 months. The security and shed access was great. Craig and the staff at Stormate could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend Stormate as a safe secure storage facility.

We needed to store all of our furniture at short notice, the stor-mate team were able to help and we were very appreciative! We had all of our belongings in storage with them for 6 months and we never had any problems, the staff were amazing, it was always clean and communication was great. We stored an entire homes worth of family possessions at Store Mate when we moved overseas 4 years ago. We recently returned and I was happy to find that everything was just as we left it without any damage of any sort, clean and undisturbed. The dry environment in Tamworth makes it ideal for storing household items like beds and furniture, and the new, clean facilities at Store Mate mean that rodents or pests of any sort are not a problem.
Communication from the team at Store Mate has been excellent throughout our tenancy with all questions and emails answered quickly, professionally and most of all in a friendly manner, and we always felt very comfortable with our choice to use Store Mate. I can't thank Craig and the team at Store Mate enough for the years of great service, and for looking after us like we were old friends.
I recommend Store Mate without reservation and can confidently say that this is the best Storage facility that I have ever utilized.

Friendly, helpful staff. Craig went out of his way to meet us after a long trip from Sydney and didn't rush us at all even though we were out of his usual hours - excellent service. Storage is clean, efficient and very secure. A great business to deal with.

I found Stor-mate to be the best self-storage company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Everything was effortless. I take my hat off to Craig. Super helpful and friendly. A real pleasure to deal with. The facility is modern and extremely clean.

The best storage unit I have rented. The sheds are very well maintained and provide excellent protection from weather and bugs/rodents.

The security system is quick and easy it use, having your own pin that opens the gate and disarms the alarm for only your unit.

Craig, the owner, provided great customer service with friendly reminders of payments, quick invoices and a good personality. I was even prompted for my details for a refund when I moved out early in the month.

Highly recommend.

Stor-Mate Tamworth is a relatively new facility with great security and excellently maintained units. We have been very happy using this facility and would recommend it to anyone for storage.
