I-MED Radiology Erina

So beyond impressed with the service here.
When I got there I didn’t have a referral as my doctor made a pretty silly mistake (put 2 separate items on the one referral so they took it from me after my first scan, and therefore didn’t have it for my second scan).
The lovely receptionist Cathy made sure she sorted it out for me. She called both the doctor who made the mistake, and my new doctor and made sure that we had a referral come through so I could proceed with the scan.
For the NT scan I had Aaron, and wow he is so great! His bedside manner was lovely. Very calm, friendly and warm.
He explained everything in detail when I had any questions, and even pointed out / explained things on his own. It was a long(ish) and uncomfortable scan (full bladder), but Aaron made it a breeze with his expertise and manner.
We had a different receptionist upon leaving, and she was just as lovely and vibrant.

I am absolutely satisfied with the service provided by these guys. The lady at the reception was very patient and helpful in creating the new record in the file. Margaret from the Scanning room is fantastic, she explained clearly the process of scan, steps involved, how do we feel during and after the scan, etc.

The guys here are very much caring and am impressed with their customer service. Way to go!

Attended I-Med Erina 20th February for a CTCA, extremely apprehensive about CT scan with Dye.
Receptionist very efficient.
Margaret explained my procedure in detail, made me feel very comfortable. Taken for Scan and met Mel and Mel, also talked me through procedure, Canulla placed in arm. Painless. Couldn't get better treatment before,during and after procedure. Excellent patient care. Many thanks

Busy place at times, reception Staff working under a lot of pressure yet were friendly and absolutely cannot fault the technicians doing the MRIs and X-rays. Have been there a number of times and always found staff friendly and engaging. For people who do this on a repetitive daily basis they treat you as an individual and watched them deal with patients with various concerns and fears. Top Class establishment.

Can be Busy at times, but to be expected from a top class Facility, From Front desk to imaging Staff they certainly are excellent.

Fantastic service and great empathy shown for me when I was in a quite desperate situation, needing scans done urgently. Special mention to Katie at the front desk.

Just had my first MRI. I was petrified but the staff were amazing. Calm, comforting and encouraging. I feel so brave now and didn’t expect to. A great experience. Thankyou

I have been to Imed a couple of times now. Used to go to prp but changed when prp started demanding I send away my mask medical exemption for approval before I could be seen, on the day of my appointment. Went to Imed for MRI. My visit has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Clean and uplifting surroundings. The kindest, most helpful and friendliest staff. Very understanding and empathetic. Just what you need when you go to a place like that when you're not feeling good. Can't recommend enough.

Outstanding service by Dr Mickel……,and staff at Erina branch . There was an issue with the injection. He went out of his was to solve the problem, and was so compassionate, and gentle with the painful site that was being injected. Easily give them a 12 out of 10. thank you thankyou thank you

Required X-ray & Ultrasound, arrived with no appointment and receptionist went above and beyond to get an appointment same day.

Friendly and professional service, rushed the reports to my Doctor the next day.

Fantastic care provided by the Dr G Bardon, Nurse Margaret & CC h'way reception staff, when my elderly mother collapsed there last week. They responded so quickly checking her vitals & giving her oxygen. Then they observed her every 15mins, for a few hours, until she was well enough to return home. We are so thankful for their professionalism & kindness!!

I attended I-MED RADIOLOGY AT KANWAL TodayI was greeted by the secretary behind the desk, started filling in form , from there I was shown into the X-ray section for my M.R.I. I believe this experience can be quite a challenge, but the friendly professional team, especially Sharlene, were fantastic. Thank you I.MED. REGARDS Patricia KENNEDY OAM

The whole experience was very pleasant from the different staff i spoke to with my several phone calls to the staff inside the building to actually having the mri which honestly i found the noises and enclosed space very relaxing to the point i was disappointed when it ended.

I found the staff so kind,patient and gentle when I went for my MRI.I was very nervous but they put me at ease and understood my fears.Thank you so much ladies
