Handsdown my, best dental experience ever! I had broken a tooth and so needed an emergency appointment. They got me in straightaway and were able to fix the tooth doctor, Llly, was absolutely amazing. So incredibly gentle! I was even very happy with the price

Exceptional attention to standards and patient care.. TV on the ceiling, very pleasant decor throught the clinic overall. Given I had two large extractions in one go, I can still call it a good experience. I was treated great, and was at all times well informed of the procedures.

Best Dentist I have been to in a long time. Dr Lily is great at her job. Like most people I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist but she put you right at ease and does a great job with no pain. Would definitely recommend this dent as l practice to anyone. Always friendly and helpful

I went to Dr Nay to have my wisdom teeth removed. He sat and spoke to me about my options beforehand & when it was time to proceed, he was so gentle I was surprised every time he told me a tooth had been successfully removed. I especially appreciated the constant communication throughout the process. Their level of care is phenomenal. 1000% worth the 8 hour return drive from Longreach & I will be back for future checkups!

I’ve never had to wait long for an appointment & they are punctual for your appointment.
I like that I receive a text to remind me of my appointment too.
Dr Nay removed my wisdom tooth while I sat in the chair and he was so gentle… I couldn’t believe it was out!

They were all wonderful! My daughter had a tricky tooth that needed to be pulled out and she was scared. The whole team were so caring, patient and gentle with her and did things at her pace. Incredible team!

I had to travel from out of town. They were flexible with booking availability. Lily was honest and knowledgeable. Me not knowing much about how cosmetic dental work happened was not an issue. She recommended the option which gave the best outcome. Irrespective, I am very very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone.

I have to say this is the best dental in Emerald. I was in so much pain and went there to fix my tooth. Those lovely ladies in there help me a lot to find a proper solution for me.Even they don't have doctors at there place one lovely lady took responsibility to call all over other places and arrange a appointment for me asap.
