Very unfortunate to book appointment to then turn up and be told they are running 1 hour behind. Seems like a nice enough chap but totally unorganised and disinterested at the inconvenience caused.
Will try elsewhere…..

So. After waiting months for orthotics for my disabled Son... calling Malcolm to ask what was going on. He proceeded to tell me that they had been sent to another clinic (lies)... now I can appreciate someone having a lapse in memory for orders and clients and coming up with a white lie for extra time, so I let it slide with the assumption and reassurance I would be contacted within a few days with some information. I however was not contacted and there has been no updated information on his orthotics, so I called and left a message expressing my my distaste in his obvious lie and still no action. I was done with being polite I just wanted answers . Such a blatant disrespect of customer service. Whether he cared for our business or not, there was no common decency to just communicate at all. For shame. I still have not heard anything from Malcolm on this matter. I find that to be such poor form for any business. I'm sure this review will mean nothing to him and his business will continue on as per usual. Personally speaking, you're an arrogant person based on your behaviour.
