Amazing experience!! Great service and quite approachable and friendly! Sales representative Ravi was very helpful and knowledgeable around his domain. We’ve placed an order, they’ve wide variety of collections and unique designs too. Recommended.

My partner and I were looking for a new couch for our first home, we came into Ashley Furniture after visiting other furniture shops on Blaxland Road and were greeted by Ravi, we loved the ‘homely’ looks and comfort of the lounges and furniture in the store. With some great advice & service from Ravi, we have placed an order for our couch and can’t wait for it to arrive! Thanks so much Ravi 😄

I am writing this review has a customer after receiving the furniture. Although the initial review reflected the good experience when we were buying, I am know thinking it was because we r spent over $10,000!!!
The service after your service the fortune is extremely bad and stressful!!!!

We paired for furniture protection and we record our furniture DAMAGED! For a moth I have been getting the run around to even get the furniture looked at our any response to my calls or emails!

Do NOT buy any furniture from this place!!! The quality is shocking and the service is even worse!

We visited the store to refurnish our living room. We dealt with Ravi and Sasha, both were amazing. They were very patient and extremely helpful. I kept changing my mind about what I wanted and everything single time they both accommodate and made suggestions. Highly highly recommend the Campbeltown store and make sure you ask for either Ravi or Sasha.

It was our first visit to the store today and I was very impressed. Ravi helped us and was a fantastic consultant. Didn’t try to “sell us” in a pressured way and the way he conducted himself made us feel comfortable. We were happy to buy a lounge and entertainment unit. Very happy with the prices also. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

The friendly , knowledgeable staff at Ashley Campbelltown ( Christian & Saba) highly recommend , these two great people could not do enough in assisting with our purchase , waiting time estimated by staff approx 3/4 Weeks , pleasantly surprised after 4 days . Well done Saba & Christian

We went to shop around for our new home, was very pleased to have found what we were after for our ensuite and 2nd bedroom suites. ASHLEY furniture had beautifull designs with the package deal being reasonable for our budget. We can't wait to have it all set up in our new home. Ravikesh the sales rep helped us with all the questions we had and he did his domain very professionally. I highly recommend their service and products.

We visited 3times and every time we threw curve ball questions at them, they were able tō answer every question. They are so helpful and they know their stuff. They went the extra mile in offering suggestion, idea combinations,and helped us visualize what the room could look like. They had a can-do attitude the whole time. No question was a stupid question.
We ended up buying a lounge Suite, and cushions and we will be going back to purchase other items. They were upfront and honest about their product and delivery. No hidden agendas. We are greatly satisfied with their customer service focus.
Tō those who put negative review is not the experience we had. They are upfront with costs and will do what they can where they can. The best customer service focus in every way.

We just placed an order with the sales assistant Ravi who provided incredible and professional services on multiple occasions. Ravi was able to provide all the necessary and accurate information on all products we were looking at. Overall we were extremely satisfied with his services and expect to feel the same when products arrive. Highly recommend !!

Karen & Sasha are extremely helpful and went out of their way to find the many items we needed in the shop to match our mixed-match idea. They were exceptional and we were excitedly satisfied with our purchases. Despite being undecided on certain things, they were so PATIENT and NEVER pushy. Had an excellent experience with this company after purchasing 2 Johnelle Nightstands. Found quality, size and colour exceptionally good compared to online goods. Nice to know I could have them delivered in a few days compared to 3 months online. 5 stars to Les and Ricky for their delivery white glove service which for $20 I was able to get them taken upstairs and unpacked with rubbish removed by these 2 amazing guys. Polite, and helpful to high standard, thanks Les and Ricky.

A man in the store approached me while browsing and went above and beyond to help me find an entertainment unit to match my specific style. recommended I check out their other store and purchased the same tv unit he recommended!! great service 10/10
