Excellent customer service (by Michael at Croydon branch). He kept up to date with availability status of the product that I’m interested. When I finally placed my order online, it was ready to be picked up within hours. Their online store system is also easy to be used. Prices are competitive as well. Will buy again if I need parts for my Kia.

I was in search for a particular moulding clip for my vehicle which unfortunately is not widely available anywhere. Started a chat on the Phil Gilbert webpage and Tayla was online to assist me. Within a few minutes, not only did she find the part number(s), price per piece but also the specific quantity I needed. Communication with Tayla throughtout the chat was clear, concise and extremely easy to deal with so I placed the order and just waiting for it to be ready for pick up. Amazing customer service! I am a Sydney Taxi driver for over 32 years now.
I have used genuine Toyota parts from Phill Gilbert Parts since over 25 years and always being looked after, thank you to them all.
Some good feedback for Toyota too. We have four of them in my family and love them.
I drive Toyota Taxi and driven Toyota Taxis since mid 1990s when Ford and Holden were main Taxi cars in industry. I switched from Ford falcon and Commodore models for poor reliabilities associated with them all along.
Well said about Ford at least.

Holden stories will take time too.
