Don't think I've ever received an item as fast as I did off these guys. Was as stated. Was kept informed of the delivery process all the way, and am writing this as they are worthy of the praise. If I need anything else, I won't hesitate to deal with them again. Doesn't get much gooder!

Very competitive price too so I'm very happy , returned a couple of days later to buy a Galaxy A34 for a family member. Both have great specs including water resistance and can be expanded to 1T. A refurbished MacBook Air was purchased for my granddaughter commencing high school. Unfortunately the screen failed after 6 days of use.
Mobileciti's response was spot on. They were quick in answering our emails resulting in me taking the device into their Lidcombe Office. They promptly examined it for any sign of user damage. When they determined that the product had been defective they tried to find a replacement for me to take with me - unfortunately there were none on hand and in stock. They repaired the device overnight and it was abe to be collected the next morning.

I have purchased several items from mobileciti over the last two or three years. Every time they had the best price (mostly for Oppo mobiles) and the postage was fast and reliable with very careful packing. I recently purchased a Nest wifi set on a Monday afternoon and it arrived in North Lakes Brisbane on Thursday morning by 9.30 am. My WIFI is now much improved by the Nest Mesh units. This trader communicated well when I raised a query. I recommend this EBay seller without reservation.

I was looking for a cheap, budget phone for my father who just needs something basic to get by, as he only uses the phone to make and receive calls and check news apps. He is a light user and just wanted a phone with a big battery that he doesn't have to charge too often, so the Nokia G21 with it's 5000 mah battery is perfect for the job. I ordered it on Mobilciti's eBay store on Sunday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday morning, having come from interstate. Can't ask for better service than that! So far the phone looks perfect for the task at hand and my dad is very happy. Highly recommended service and a great budget option if you are in the market for a basic phone that gets the job done.
