One of my favourite restaurants! The food is impeccable, its beautifully presented, whilst giving a divine, modern twist on asian food.

Been here for both Breakfast and Dinner, the quality of food and friendliness of staff have consistently been of a high level. 10/10 would recommend!

All the dishes were amazing! I would highly recommend for family dinner.

We visit more or less every weekend. It's a spacious place with a comfortable atmosphere and tasty coffee and snacks. A real great place to chill with friends.

Our party of eight enjoyed a lovely evening at Flying Swallow last night.

The food was delicious and obviously very fresh. Some nice offerings at very reasonable prices. We couldn’t order everything, so we’ll have to come back to try what we missed!

The service was kind and attentive.

One of our party had mobility problems. The disability parking space right at the door and a level wide entrance is a huge plus. Carmen and her team were very accommodating and caring.

Fantastic food and atmosphere! The host was very knowledgeable about their menu and gave great recommendations! We had the roasted pork cheeks, beef with potato noodles, roasted duck and amazingly soft chocolate brownies to finish. Kudos to the chef!

Finally got a chance to see what everyone was talking about... And this place did not disappoint! From the moment my wife and I entered, we were greeted by friendly staff who promptly seated us. The atmosphere was great, family-friendly and the whole place just felt Authentic.

There's a gated kids area within the restaurant if you have little ones to play in (all in arms-length) so you can take a moment and really relax and enjoy your meal. Yet it was such a great environment where you could still have an intimate one-on-one dinner.

The owners were incredibly hospitable and the food was amazing. We started with the Chilli Prawns and the Pan Fried Pork Dumplings, both well balanced and cooked perfectly. Followed that with the Korean Chilli Pork and Slow cooked Beef spare ribs. Both individually unique and equally as tasty. We finished on a Deep Fried custard bun with green tea ice cream and fresh berries. What a perfect way to end a meal... as pretty big eaters we left full and both very satisfied!

This place was around an hour away from where we live but 100% worth it, we will definitely be making a trip back out there again in the future!

Never heard of this place until my wife suggested it.
Short drive from Oyster Bay for dinner and will be definitely be back again.
Dumplings were beautiful and the satay squid skewers were delicious.
We shared 1 main dish as well which was sufficient for two.
Beautiful food and extremely friendly service, well priced .

Flying Swallow is a Gem in the Shire area.
The menu may seem simple at first but when the food was brought out, we were blown away by the presentation and the flavours are deep and rich.
The service is friendly and accommodating.
Definitely return to try out their menu.

Love both the breakfast menu and Asian fusion dinner menu. My kids love the teriyaki chicken noodles on the kids menu!

Exceptional service, exquisite food, plenty of parking on-site and most importantly an awesome play area for the kiddies. This is our go-to for a quick, cheap and tasty feed. Theres something for the whole family, including fussy toddlers.
I’m here most mornings after the school run for a hot coffee and delicious home made muffin, which is baked fresh daily.
Im a huge fan of supporting my local, and this hidden gem ticks all the boxes.

Greeted by friendly faces, candle lit tables and a smooth paint overhaul.
But the most important part ....the FOOD...
Colorful and well presented entrees and definitely a dumpling highlight!!! The best I've had.
A whole market squid with red ribbons of chilli and tiny bits of crusty fried onions...YUM.
Delicious flavors all round.
Needless to say I will be back!

Great service. Love the authentic pork buns and the scallop dumplings are amazing! Have been back for takeaway recently and will definitely be back soon to enjoy some yummy lunch!

We enjoyed a delicious family dinner. The meal and the service was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly. Would recommend to any one living, visiting or passing through the area.

More than just a hangout for the locals. The food is delicious, service is great and excellent coffee, to finish off a beautiful lunch or dinner meal. It is great value for group bookings. I recently organised an Eisenhower Street, get together at the Flying Swallow and booked for 12 RSVP's. But, typical for my street, 25 people turned up. (I'm not suggesting by any means that patrons should follow this example). But, the hosts were understanding and made arrangements to accomodate all. A great night was had by all. Flying Swallow is very highly recommended.

I love satay, it's probably my favourite Asian flavour. Although I was hesitant as it was beef instead of the standard chicken I'm used to, but I thought I'd give it a go... and incredibly glad I did. This was honestly the best satay I've ever had. The meat was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy, which is rare when it comes to skewers. The flavour was also cooked through, not like some other places that just smother it in a peanut like sauce. Def coming back for more.

This restaurant was such a great local secret. We were served by Carmen who was extremely friendly and hospitable and the food was perfect. Squid was so tender and Short Ribs with potato noodles just dropped off the bone and was so cooked to perfection

Beautiful, friendly staff. Run and owned by a young family who truly value their customer's and service. A real relaxed and comfortable dinning experinces, definitely will be back :)!

Food is seriously delicious and with the super friendly staff ! The kids play area is definitely a bonus for me (as an exhausted mother) that I can finally relax and enjoy the food and coffee.

We were there for a kids birthday party and really enjoyed the food. There was even a kids play area for the little ones. So nice to find a place that could keep the kids occupied while we could enjoy our meal!
