I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED.
To summarise my whole experience here and to save you reading this...my advice to you would be: save your time, your money, and a whole lot of stress by simply going somewhere else.
As I bought 2 vouchers from two other people that had a bad experience here with a Keratin treatment, I thought that it would be okay to get my hair coloured and cut here. Oh was I wrong.

With my brown hair I walk in and I sat down and told the lady what I wanted which was this (figure 1). I was told that it was achievable by today by having a full head of foils and toner. Putting my doubts aside of maybe that wasn’t the right way to go about I said to the lady “okay I trust you” and let her work on my hair. Before she put anything in my hair she said it would cone to $325, I told her about the two vouchers in which she called the owner and said that it was fine. As she was doing my hair I noticed she left a lot of my natural hair out of the foils (more than normal as I have gotten foils before) and that she used an orange toner instead of a red one (I have gotten my hair done this colour before as shown in figure 2 for a lot cheaper). When It was all done she roughly brushed my hair which was knotty and dry, pulling my pair out and damaging it further. I then looked in the mirror and noticed this isn’t what I asked for (shown in figure 3) which was the wrong colour and streaky like how they had it in 2008. However, I politely walked out like most people would do and thought that u would warm up to it. Then 10 days later with 3 washes, my hair was basically the same again as shown in figure 4, with all the colour washed out, a few blonde streaks here and there and my hair completely damaged and dry. I then called the owner in which she said she wanted me to come in to look at it and book in me in for a toner (which would not have helped) I then said okay and proceeded my day studying for the HSC. I then got a call later that day from the owner who said that she had called up Fair Trading NSW, and because I walked out of the hair salon “happy” and I paid with two vouchers, they were not obliged to fix it or give me a remedy for their poor service that they had given me. I then went into a lengthy conversation how upset I was that the salon not only abused the clients trust but also did not give the customer (me) a quality product that was asked and paid (a lot) for. She still did not budge and did not intend to bother fixing their horrible mistakes. I then had to call Fajr Trading myself during my study breaks asking for advice. They advised me in the process that I had to take to enforce and protect my rights as a consumer (which I knew about as I do legal studies). The man that I spoke to also said that what happened to me is unfair as he said that it should’ve lasted for months not days, which I strongly agree with!!! I have not yet proceeded to take action as I am in the middle of my trials, in which I will have to deal with it after.

In conclusion, I will 100000% not recommend to come here, awful product, dodgy services and completely overpriced. If you are thinking of coming here I suggest you run.

Would not recommend anyone to go here, terrible experience and was so upset after leaving the salon. wanted to try and support a local hairdresser, paid a lot of money and spent so much time in the salon. The owner didn't seem to care that i was left with an awful result. One of the staff member even admitted that my hair was looking better before coming into the salon. How can we trust hairdressers when they don't care about their customer service.

Worst Experience
I went to there for a Keratin treatment. I was in the salon for 5 hours $200 later and i was left with dry and frizzy hair. My hair actually was in worse condition leaving the salon than when i walked in. Apparently the owner won't refund. I don't have the time or money to waste. So glad i went to Salon Ds in Roseberry to fix me up.
